Pretty good place! No complains, ac worked, fridge worked, no bugs, pretty clean, towels smelled clean, need sheets where clean…………….. Me and my partner enjoyed the place, its quiet and calm, grocery store near by and auto shops like tints and detailing

We were very happy with our stay. Arrived and check in was very easy. Fast check out. Rooms were clean and nice. Hotel was in good location with easy access. I really liked the digital keypad versus room key. We would definitely stay at the hotel again.

This was the least expensive property in the entire area, by far. I was pleased to find the room very clean, the bed super comfortable and the area very quiet. What more do you need from a hotel? I was traveling by car from Canada back home to Florida and wanted to see the Brandywine River Art Museum. I just needed an inexpensive place to spend one night and am so happy I found this hotel.

We had a great experience at the Brinton Hotel. The room was reasonably priced it was clean and the check in was easy. The location lends itself well to many attractions in the area. There was a small coffee maker and mini kitchen in the suite. There is plenty to do within a short distance of the hotel.

Very nice hotel. Well appointed and very clean. The automated check in was awesome! Could do without the pumpkins spice scent but that is a personal preference and unavoidable this time of year. Very comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and willing to answer questions about the area.

BEST nights sleep at this hotel! The mattress was so soft, and the pillows. Room 110 had a microwave, fridge/freezer, sink, double electric burner, programmable A/C, TV with netflix. It was so CLEAN & COMFY! Very secure as you have to use a pinpad & enter a code to get into the lobby then into your room.

Room and hotel are quite tired and in need of remodeling. They booked us in a king room with a bed that was sinking with a view of a rooftop and a wall. very dark and dingy. Location is great. Prices are WAY too high. They have a monopoly which is the only reason they are getting any business.New hotel in downtown can't come soon enough!

We spent two days at this hotel. It's odd since one reserves, checks in and out all online. There are codes texted to you in order to receive room assignments and you never interact with a human. The room was an efficiency with a fridge and microwave, so you can prepare meals there. Each has a balcony with chairs and a nice view. But again, there are no staff on the site, so we checked in and out without ever having contact with any front desk personnel. There is a number to call with any problems, but we didn't have any. Be aware, we were on the second floor and there is no elevator, so we had to lug suitcases up the stairs. If you need a lift, this isn't the place for you. Otherwise, the room was clean and sufficiently appointed. The bed was comfortable, and we had no problems with the TV as has been alluded to in other reviews. The price was the lowest in the area, and one gets the same benefits of a more expensive room in the region. We would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we changed our plans. After a very wet visit to Longwood Gardens, we checked back in to Brinton asking for a larger room. Everything worked, was clean and the beds are so comfy. Best of our week long journey! So quiet. CarPlay directed us safely back to the hotel, avoiding the u turn on a busy road. Very near several great restaurants.
