It was a luxurious hotel. The staff was friendly, and when I bought a bottle of wine at a nearby mart and asked them to open the cork, they did so kindly. The room and facilities were clean, and the breakfast was good.

On the app, it showed that the check-in time is 2PM but they insisted 3PM is the check-in time during winter. The staff talked rudely and did not agree to what was showing on the app but I think they are responsible for updating all accurate info on the hotel booking app. The elevators are so small that can only fit in 3-4 people so it took a bit of time to wait for it.
The shower area is very slippery too.
Not Recommended to stay.

Don't consider going to this hotel. The staff are rude and terrible experience and service. Try the other hotels

The room is clean (smelled like bleach when I entered). The A/C is basically non existent. If you stand beneath the vent you feel a faint cool breeze. Upon arriving to the room the patio door was completely open with A/C on. Within minutes sweat was running down my face. Thankful that I will only be here for one day. 3 outlets in room (exclusive of bathroom) and one has the hotel’s table lamp plugged into it. I have a small table fan and I have it blowing in my face and will need it if there is any chance of me sleeping. Ceuta is a place for a day trip. For a good stay, I advise staying either in Morocco on the mainland of Spain. Connected to the WiFi and it was too slow to be function so choosing to using cellular.
