Accommodation 44 at the VVF in Semur en Auxois Mr and Mrs D. and their 9-year-old child with multiple disabilities. From August 17 to 24, 2024 at full price Arrival on Saturday, August 17 from 2:30 p.m. We had the reception opening at 3:30 p.m. The key to the accommodation could not be given until 5 p.m., reception informed us. We pre-registered. At 5 p.m., reception told us that we could not have the keys. It was explained to us that the medical bed had been delivered late. This was a lie because the medical bed we ordered had not been delivered. We collected the one from a previous vacationer. However, reception also informed us that the toilet in the accommodation had spilled water on the floor and needed to be changed. The replacement was finished at 7:15 p.m. We had to insist on entering in order to provide essential hygiene care for our daughter with multiple disabilities. The medical equipment in the child's room is therefore not the one intended for our daughter but for Anais R.. T... . We therefore unknowingly recover for our daughter the mattress of another person when we ordered a new one. Lots of cobwebs in the rooms. In the four corners of the bathroom, cobwebs and spiders. In the living room, the sofa is falling apart where you are supposed to rest your head. Disgusting and toxic. As I point out that we have noticed the same wear and tear on the sofas in gîtes 54 and 41, the reception explains to us that a procedure is underway with a rental to a group in February 2024. The reception makes me believe that these sofas were new from last year. However, we were there in August 2023 (accommodation 51) and these sofas were not new. Outside, several beautiful brambles of one to two meters are coming out of the hedge... obviously dangerous. Three cockroaches crushed, two of them in the kitchen in the first two days. The last one crushed on Tuesday shows us again that the accommodation lacked cleanliness and hygiene. The few shelves for clothes all had to be cleaned due to visible dirt. After the toilet was repaired, it was necessary to report the bad smell and the absence of a mop. For these essential hygiene and safety points, it is astonishing to note that we have to complain to obtain a normal setting. For the rotten sofa, no solution was offered to us. We ourselves covered the sofa with a fabric to use it a little. We lost the taste for being here on vacation with moral exhaustion from the first day instead of rest and relaxation. And a waste of vacation time to write such an email.

Cadre sympa, très nature, logement rénové et fonctionnel, de très bons équipements comme la piscine bien chauffée, le sauna... Et surtout de très bons animateurs comme Loly et Pierre, merci pour votre enthousiasme et investissement ! On peut notamment citer des cours de fitness par une vraie coach, une super animation Halloween, un grand jeu familial le dimanche... Les filles ont aussi beaucoup apprécié le club ado, donc merci aussi à David 😉

Le logement était agréable, les repas acceptables, le vin à la limite du buvable, mais la vraiment mauvaise expérience a été celle du bar, qui non seulement fermait déjà officiellement fort tôt (10H30), mais où certains membres du personnel s'ingéniaient de surcroît à essayer de faire déguerpir les clients avant l'heure en usant de différents prétextes ("consommation insuffisante" ou, quand on voulait commander "caisse fermée"), voire même en passant à fond la caisse de la musique Hard Rock tandis que les gens tentaient de jouer aux cartes ou à d'autres jeux de société demandant un minimum de concentration.

Après avoir fait plusieurs VVF je trouve que celui de BOURGOGNE est très agréable les maisons sont propre ( petit rafraîchissement pas de refus ) la piscine est agréable intérieur et extérieur MAIS le top est l ambiance Et l accueil aux repas et la qualité de la nourriture 👍 Bravo à l équipe cuisine

Séjour d’un week-end en pension complète. Le club était occupé par 2 grands groupes. Nous étions servis au restaurant, et à table. De repas très qualitatifs. Entrée, plat, fromage, dessert. Bravo à l’équipe ! Bungalow équipée d’une cuisine moderne et propre, avec chacun 2 chambres dont 1 avec lits superposés. Chaque chambre a son évier. Pour une formule club, bungalow de ce type, c’est top.
