As a family, the Aquapalace should be the highlight of your trip to Prague. To be honest, it's not a huge highlight. A nice concept in a good location away from the action. It's always busy and an absolute paradise for kids. Lots of different slides, various pools, and other options like a sauna, fitness center, etc. Restaurants invite you to linger or have a snack. You buy everything using your wristband and pay at the cash register at the end. That's nice, too, because who wants to lug things around with them when they go swimming? For us personally, 30°C is too cold for the water temperature. And of course, all the whirlpools are overcrowded. You can warm up in the toddler area. There are a few loungers in various areas, but if a family with, say, two children arrives, there are four towels draped over the loungers and no one to be seen. This is a pretty poorly designed solution, and nobody cares. The first person to arrive sets up camp, and whether you're there or not is irrelevant. The hairdryers hardly work at all. You can rent stronger ones for a fee. So you'd better bring your hairdryer. It's clean everywhere, because the ladies are always there to tidy everything up afterward. You can also pay your parking ticket at the cash register, as the machines (at least not where we were) don't accept bills. All in all, it's something special for kids and a lot of fun. But at around €93 (for the water world) for a day ticket for a family, we don't think the overall concept is adequate and wouldn't want to come back. Also, please note that the outdoor area isn't open yet.

Nun waren wir schon zum 2ten mal dort für ein Wochenende und es war wieder sehr schön. Essen gut Schlafen gut Baden gut... alles gut. Das komplette Paket mit Unterkunft Eintritt in den Wasserpark sowie Halbpension ist gelungen. Das Personal ist freundlich. Gerne wieder.

We went to this hotel because of the free and daily entry for the aquapalace water park. Will write only the important points 1. Clean: the hotel is very clean, looks like daily maintenance very well, especially for a 4 starts hotel is it very good. 2. Prices and Service: the service r very good, friendly, the prices r very very good, restaurants and shops inside hotel also have good prices. 3. Food: breakfast r very good, don’t forget it is 4 stars hotel ! Have variable meal, and deserts, for dinner and launch u have restaurants buffet. It is very good and cheap prices. Actually the dinner r better than the breakfast. But booth r good!! 4. Room service r ok… need a small improvement. Ans will be perfect. 5. Facilities, need small maintenance here and there.. like bathrooms inside rooms. Bur overall is ok, 6. Entertainment, since u have access to water park so u don’t have entertainment issues haha.. but maybe if they will add more entertainment rooms for kids inside the hotel (non water park) will be great. But they have games for kids and golf area outside the hotel I will recommend this hotel to my friends and families!! Thank u :)

We visited the aquapark second time. Our family of 5 (kids ages 5, 8 and 12) stayed in the Aquapalace hotel which is directly connected with the aquapark. Most of the hotel rooms are a little bit outdated but clean and functional. The food was also OK. The aquapark is very big and there is something for everyone. The kids had a lot of fun. There are areas for all the ages. The temperature was right and we were not cold. There is also a nice big gym, saunas, shops and a big spa. There are bars and places to eat all around. Outside is a Minigolf and a small playground. During the winter the outdoor areas are closed. The only thing that we didn’t like was the parking under the hotel because the entrance is very narrow. The parking is overpriced 12€ per day. Overall we do recommend this place.

The Aqua Palace Hotel in Prague is a MUST to go to! We went 2 adults and 2 children and stayed for 2 nights in July 2023. The Hotel was very easily accessible by public transport when the bus stops right outside the hotel so there is no need to drag a heavy luggage anywhere as you are right there!. The reception was extremely helpful upon arrival and swiftly accomodated us. The breakfast and dinners were just perfect for everyone with plenty of great food choices (and English speaking staff), everything was perfectly organised with no stress whatsoever. In the room we loved the bunk beds for kids and appreciated how well looked after/clean the room was as well as the AC that autimatically switched on the moment you closed the window which was perfect in the hot day. Of course the cherry on the top was not only the Aqua centre but also the other services around which included a service that can look after the children day/evening time so the adults can enjoy a drink or two, 18 different saunas (including a children's sauna), massages and all day entrertainment. The kids (and us adults) had a ball. Would we recommend the Aqua Palace Hotel in Cestlice? a 1000% YES! The best choice not only for a family but even for adults who need to switch off and be looked after. We are definitely coming back next time. Thank you Aqua Palace Hotel we loved our stay :)

The room.service is horrible. I came back to the room and all they did was folding the blanket. They didn't change sheets, my baby bleed at night and the stain stayed .didn't change towels and didn't vacuum clean the carpet

Excellent stay at Aquapalace hotel. The room was comfortable, quiet and very clean, and breakfast had many options - also a lot for children. Service was ok, and the water park is dreamy for kids. It's a few minutes walk through the first floor of the hotel. There are more food and drink choices inside the park, and you charge the room with a special watch-like bracelet.

Great hotel connected to the Aqua palace. Very accommodating and lots to do. Breakfast was massive and good selection. The food at the restaurant was pretty expensive but we ate across the street at a Vietnamese restaurants. We took public transportation to the airport which took some time but a bus stop to the train was pretty easy and cost effective.
