The hotel location is perfect , short walk from the city center of Ceşme , so just perfect to not to be disturbed by the the busy city vibe and yet very close to everything, Alacati is also very close by, The rooms are stylish , modern, cosy and trendy style Extremely friendly staff & hosts ,when we arrived we felt immediately home , a warm welcome & secured at night. Every morning we enjoyed a wonderful yummie relaxing breakfast by the pool what a treat , the menemen was out of this world...... The staff and the personal touch of the manager made our stay memorable , we would definitely recommend this hotel and we'll be back soon

Çalışanların ilgisi ve güler yüzü, yemekler ve tatlılar muhteşem, otelin her yeri ve odalar çok temiz, spor salonu çok temiz, yeni ve sağlam aletler, çay saati şubat tatili yarım pansiyon konseptine çok uygun, gördüğüm en iyi mini club her saat ayrı bir organizasyon, her akşam canlı müzik, (masa tenisi, iskambil kağıt, satranç, okey, bilgisayar, tavla imkanı), deniz suyu ısıtmalı havuz çok iyi, termal ler çok rahat girilebilecek sıcaklıkta, masaj ve kese köpükte yaptırdık çok iyiydi. Deniz ve havuz manzaralı tüm odalar.

- wir hatten Ameisen im Zimmer. Diese waren nicht nur auf dem Boden, sondern auch auf dem Küchentresen. Man wollte die Ameisen mit einem chemischen Mittel vernichten, da wir aber einen Hund dabei hatten, haben wir dies abgelehnt. Auf einem Bild sieht man auf dem Boden auch die Ameisen. Ich habe dann selbst Köder gekauft. Bekam aber nicht das Angebot, die Kosten rückerstattet zu bekommen. - Lampe im Schlafzimmer war defekt, das Glas des Lampenschirms war komplett durchgebrochen. Erst nach einer Woche, wurde der Lampenschirm ausgetauscht. - Toilette war defekt. Nach dem Spülen lief das Wasser durch. Es kam ein Handwerker, dieser hat das Problem aber nicht beheben können. Er zeigte mir, wie ich den Stöpsel aus dem Inneren des Spülkastens ziehen kann, wenn dies wieder passiert. Da ich nicht nach jeder zweiten Spülung des Spülkasten auseinandernehmen wollte, habe ich improvisiert und den Spülkasten provisorisch selbst repariert. - die Dusche läuft über einen Beuler. - keine Fliegengitter am Fenster, obwohl bekannt ist, dass Mücken überall sind. - Badezimmerfenster sah ins Treppenhaus, was dazu führte,dass Menschen die im Treppenhaus waren, in die Dusche einsehen konnten und das Fenster ließ sich nicht verschließen. Ein Handwerker brachte dann einen Putzlappen am Fenster an und sorgte dafür,dass es zu geht. + nettes Personal + Angebot eines Ausweichzimmers + Restaurants und Cafés im nahen Umfeld Grundsätzlich sollten die Zimmer, bzw. das Zimmer, welches wir hatten überarbeitet werden.

酒店距離阿拉恰特鎮中心步行大概8分鐘，相對安靜的地方。接待我們的小夥子有點冷淡，但效率還是很高的，我們很快被帶到了房間，並簡單認識了基本的設施。第二天見到了酒店老闆，人很熱情，還有一位小女孩服務生貼心的詢問我們對早餐的感受，並努力解決我們之間語言上的障礙，非常暖心，讓我們感到賓至如歸。我們的房間正對泳池，不是太大，但是設施都還不錯，住的比較舒服，就是浴室的花灑高度有點困擾。泳池和庭院可以更細心的打理，這算是一點小小的建議吧。離開的那天早晨非常早，大概7點的樣子，提前和服務生説明瞭情況，希望出發前可以獲得一頓簡單的早餐（日常的早餐時間是9點開始），我們得到了友好且有效的迴應。當天一位大嬸為我們服務，很早起來專為我們製作了早餐，非常感謝。臨走時熱情的與我們告別，讓我們感受到了温暖，我們很樂意再次訪問阿拉恰特，並留宿這間酒店。 The hotel is about an 8-minute walk from the center of Alacarte town and is located in a relatively quiet area. The receptionist who welcomed us was a bit cold, but efficient, and quickly showed us to our room while giving us a brief introduction to the basic facilities. The next day, we met the hotel owner, who was very friendly. A young girl working at the hotel also approached us and asked about our experience with breakfast, making an effort to overcome any language barriers. It was heartwarming and made us feel at home. Our room faced the swimming pool, which was not very large but had decent facilities. Overall, the stay was comfortable, although the height of the showerhead in the bathroom was a bit inconvenient. The pool and courtyard could be better maintained, so this is a small suggestion. On the day we checked out, we needed to leave very early, around 7 am. We informed the staff in advance and hoped to have a simple breakfast before departure （the regular breakfast time was from 9 am）. We received a friendly and efficient response. On that day, a kind lady prepared breakfast for us, waking up early specifically for our needs. We were very grateful for that. The warm farewell made us feel a sense of warmth, and we would be happy to visit Alacarte again and stay at this hotel.

Our room was clean. I made the wrong date when booking, but when I contacted the hotel, they were very interested in giving us the possibility to stay there before the site. Thank you very much. As a location, I recommend ***meat in a beautiful place. I thank you for the interest of the friends who work in addition. 😌🤗

It is a homestay-type family hotel, the rooms are clean and elegant; the location is very convenient, and it is easy to find after getting off the bus; it is very close to the town center, up to 5 minutes away; the courtyard is quiet and beautiful, with a small swimming pool; the owner and his family are very nice, The service is in place, there is a cute and likable girl; after we arrived, it was the girl’s first birthday. We held a lively birthday party in the courtyard, and we kindly invited us to eat cakes. After we went back in the evening, we paid back every day. Free black tea, cakes and snacks are provided for everyone to enjoy; boiled water, black tea and coffee are provided free of charge all day, which is great! The several kinds of jams for breakfast are very delicious, made by the owner’s mother; a very loving homestay, you feel at home!

We really loved staying at this hotel. From the time we called to make a reservation, very friendly, lovely receptionist lady answered the phone . She was extremely nice , polite and very helpful. Infect everyone who works there has the same positive and friendly attitude . Room was so large over 2 floors. Big bath with walking shower. Very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was great and very tasteful. Unlimited tea served as soon as your glass was empty. Price was also very reasonable . Great location, no problem parking your car. We would have loved to stay there longer if we had a time but certainly one amazing place that we would be coming back and already recommending friends and family to stay at this hotel when they are in Alacati. Would recommend couples to stay here as it is very cute and intimate place .

I return again and again to this unique boutique hotel in beautiful Alacati. Having first found it by a happy accident I was immediately charmed by the relaxed ,friendly atmosphere at the hotel ,where no request is too much and tea and delicious baked goods seem to be constantly available . Sema and her family and staff run a delightful hotel with a personal service. Rooms are individually styled and I have not found a better Turkish breakfast in my 7 years of coming to Alacati. The town is really beautiful for a stroll ,drink, ice cream ,meal or shopping and people watching. It has a real unique charm with cobbled streets and trailing jasmine.
