Cesme Hotels with Bars

The rooms were clean and large. Very nice to go with the family. Bi hotel is very careful about hygiene and cleanliness, food is very delicious, only in the winter season, garden rooms can be a little cool.

Прекрасный уютный отель. Здесь все работают семьями, дети помогают родителям , от этого отель очень выигрывает в атмосфере. На весь период проживания гостей принимают в эту большую семью . Заботятся о гостях, но очень бережно относятся к личному пространству. Уборка заслуживает отдельного внимания . Убираются очень чисто , качественно , ежедневно меняют полотенца . После уборки прибавляется уюта и тепла . Кухня незамысловатая . Но все всегда приготовлено с душой и все всегда свежее. Никогда ничего со вчерашнего дня или заветренного. Все только что приготовленное или нарезанное. Девушка Алейна, невидимая, лёгкая, но именно она следит , чтобы ничего не заканчивалось и ваш стол не был в использованной посуде . Спасибо собственникам отеля за создания домашнего уюта в отпуске ! Небольшой минус. Смесители старые и плохо регулируется температура воды

Hotel personel is very friendly and helps a lot Massage was good in the spa (have to pay for it) but it was a good one Pool was nice, food was also good The hotel is close to cesme centre Arda who works at the reception, is a very kind person I would definitely recomend

I’m currently staying at the hotel with a couple of my friends. I purchased my room a few days BEFORE my friends, and we both purchased a superior full ocean view with a balcony. When we arrived at the hotel they told us that my friends room was available however mine was not, but they would call me when it was, and I waited in my friends room. Their room was gorgeous…a huge patio on a corner with a full ocean view, king bed, very clean, desk and other dresser tops for luggage etc, full mirror. They never called me regarding my room and finally at 3 PM. I went down as we were leaving for shopping and asked them and they told me it was ready. They gave me one key.. I open the door to the room and immediately hear screaming to notice that it is over the kids pool. I had a 2 feet wide “balcony” almost like a Juliet balcony. whereas my friends have a balcony almost the size of the actual room, a queen bed or a double (not sure) no place to put my luggage except inside the closet. The bathroom had mold. In the shower corner, around the corners of the bathroom itself, and either the rust or mold on the showerhead. The air conditioner doesn’t particularly cool the room down all the way as the exhaust and the air conditioner is in one corner of the room that’s near the door. I went downstairs and complained that the clearly that this did not seem to be the same hotel class. They briefly mentioned to my friend who is Turkish that they provided the larger room to my friend because they are two people. Considering I’m paying full price for the two person room perhaps their logic is an error as effectively I am paying double as a single person to what my friends are paying as they are sharing a room and I am paying for the entire room myself. Upon reporting my displeasure, they only offered a room that they admitted was even worse than the room they suggested initially, they did not offer me any sort of reduction on the room price. I can’t open the balcony because of the screaming children and I will be woken up tomorrow morning by the screaming. It is not a balcony that you can actually sit on and lounge, as you can on my friends. It seems strange to me that they would actually have me wait in my friends room and see their room and then try to put me in a room such as this… it’s simply poor customer service. I have to say I have literally never written a negative review about a hotel or restaurant etc before. I am a frequent traveler. It was shocking and disorienting.

Comfort and level of provided service at this hotel surprised us positively very much. Refurbished room equipped with new bathroom provided great comfort. Wifi was decent. Food at the restaurant was simply delicious and portions were enormous (dinner had 3 courses and we got served meat and fresh fish from the barbecue). Even though the staff didn’t speak much English, made us feel really welcomed. Big thumbs up to the serving staff!

The location is very good, you can also benefit from the beach as a hotel guest without paying any ingress fee. There is a great advantage of having a large parking. Serpma breakfast is quite enough, food is fresh and tasty. The hotel spending is average, the prices on the beach are average for the region. The rooms are small and very moist, yet we have not suffered any problems as a comfort.

From the beginning to end everything was great. Pelin hanım and Emre bey were so helpful. At the breakfast hall the service was exclusively perfect The housekeeping ladies were so welcoming and they were always helpful. The hotel is brand-new and well maintained. The room was spacious and had perfect view of Aegean Sea and Samos Island. Definitely we will turn back! Thanks for everything!
