It's average. I don't think it's very good, and the breakfast is average. The room is too old. No soundproofing, smell, not a good experience, the front desk is nice, nothing else to say

In my 30 years of European travel experience, this is the most rubbish hotel I have ever seen!
I stayed in room 302 for two nights.
The room is more than 35 square meters, but the equipment in the room is old, the furniture is insufficient, and it is empty. The bathroom door didn't move and was broken. The heating gas hot plate doesn't work, it's broken. Shower rack, broken. The bed is slanted, with the left side high and the right side low. There are no electric sockets at the bedside. There are only three electrical sockets in the room, but there is no small table to put things next to it. The room sheets are old and disgusting. The hairdryer is broken. The most ridiculous thing is that the headlight is in the middle of the room! There will be light when you get up! !
The heating of the room was very poor and the hot plate was not hot. The toilet paper towels are not replenished after they are used up.
When I checked out on the last day, the guest room elevator was broken!

The reason for our stay was the Women's Ice Hockey World Championship. We were looking for and found a hotel near the ice rink. The location is great. Right on the large market square and thus relatively centrally located in the city. Several restaurants and attractions are within easy walking distance. The hotel has an underground car park, which you can book for an extra few euros. The staff is super friendly and speaks good English. The rooms are very dated. The carpet was very stained and the furnishings were generally rather old. The hot water in the shower was easily enough for both of us to shower. The bathroom had a small hairdryer, as well as shower gel and shampoo. There was also a small TV, but it only showed Czech channels. Across the street was a bar or something similar, in front of which loud guests were partying until late into the night. So sleeping with the window open was rather inconvenient. All in all, we were looking for a central hotel just to sleep in, and this hotel was adequate for that purpose.
