+ Magnifique hôtel avec chambre très spacieuse et au calme (vue sur parc avec un peu de chance lors de la réservation).
Très bon petit-déjeuner. Rapport qualité-prix au top !!
Parking aisé (payant) sur la place à côté de l'hôtel.
- Pas de restaurant à l'hôtel et pas beaucoup de choix / possibilités en ville.

Altought the location and premises is amazing, The airconditioning was not working and the weather was quite hot.
We stayed on the night of June 8.
During the afternoon, We asked staff to print some work docs (out was a business trip). But the staff was quite rude and bevahed as if he was pissed off from our request. It looked like we were begging for charity, while we ended up paying EUR 10 for those pages!

Una brutta esperienza. Camera carina ma gelata. Ad ottobre entrare in una stanza con il condizionatore acceso su 17 gradi, no grazie. Faccio la doccia e, una volta insaponata, inizia a mancare l acqua calda. Chiamo e mi dicono d attaccare la spina dello scaldabagno e aspettare.. Se io ti chiamo per avvisarti del mio arrivo mi aspetto che tu sia pronto ad accogliermi!! Soprattutto in un 4 stelle. Comunque l acqua calda è arrivata dopo più di 60 min!!! Direi che mancano i fondamentali, zero problem solving. Da rivedere un po' tutto

L'hotel è situato in un parco molto bello MA..la camera aveva la presenza di gradini (in prossimità del letto) per finestra ribassata..direi alquanto pericolosa; cuscini scomodi e doccia fredda con doccino rotto (nonostante abbiamo chiesto di sistemarlo già dal primo giorno (su 6)). Colazione passabile (con brioches surgelate e torte posse). Note positive: le signore delle pulizie e i receptionist che ci hanno calorosamente ricevuti.

Location bellissima, accogliente e raffinata. Il personale gentile e disponibile. La colazione completa e ricca, dolci deliziosi. Ottima l'igiene delle camere, si percepisce la cura con cui vengano svolte le pulizie. Luogo perfetto.

In occasione della visita di un’amica, per questioni logistiche visti gli spostamenti previsti, decido di soggiornare presso questo hotel della zona, famoso per il contesto storico e il contesto del Parco Borromeo. Parliamo di un hotel 4 stelle quindi ti aspetti il minimo di un servizio di un hotel di questa valutazione, check in rapido ed efficiente, i problemi cominciano all’ingresso della stanza, il letto non era quello scelto, problema bypassabile, il serio problema si verifica nella notte, l’esperienza del sonno è stata poco gradevole caratterizzata da un materasso datato e poco conforme verso la zona centrale. Il cambio della stanza è stato problematico, ci hanno chiesto di fare le valigie per avere la nuova stanza che si sarebbero preoccupati loro di spostare le valigie, cosa non fatta, senza contare la mancata comunicazione al personale del turno serale che sostenevano di sapere nulla. Pure la camera sostitutiva presentava problemi, il forte maleodore e problemi per l’elettricità erano evidenti. La colazione non è sicuramente pareggiabile ad una qualità almeno di un hotel 4 stelle, particolare sgradevole il succo di frutta, percepito eccessivamente acquoso, il salame scolorito dimostrava la poca cura, il pane integrale da classico panbauletto secco. Insomma, l’esperienza già non è stata circondata da condizioni atmosferiche gradevoli, se poi la struttura determina il racconto appena condiviso…

nice hotel, very simple. huge advantage is the AC in the room. fast WiFi . all other facilities are the most simple. shower is very small need to uograde some things. vert good local restaurants ( real local people) . If needed will certainly come back

Dopo una breve ricerca in internet e dopo aver contattato la reception decidiamo di prenotare in questo bel Hotel in zona comoda ai raccordi autostradali in zona tranquilla e immerso nel verde. Alla prenotazione abbiamo segnalato che saremo arrivati dopo le 23. Ci hanno aspettato accompagnati al parcheggio privato e prima di andare in camera ci hanno offerto una bevanda poiché eravamo assetati. Cortesia attenzione al cliente di grande importanza quando si arriva in un luogo che non conosci. Camera pulita, tranquilla, con ogni confort, ottima colazione. Da tenere presente e ritornare nei nostri prossimi viaggi. Grazie di tutto Laura e Raffaele Torino
