We stayed in Hotel Riviera for the IronMan 2024. This hotel is about 20/25 mins walk to the IronMan village so can be tricky with equipment on race day, but it is still very manageable, especially if not travelling alone (I had family with me). I don't often leave reviews but really felt the urge to call out just how great this hotel is. It has no pool but that's not an issue as it literally opens onto a quiet part of the beach. The breakfast is basic continental but very good, fresh & tasty. We got a suite with no balcony which meant the floor space was larger that other rooms so that was great for my equipment. The bed was very comfortable and fresh. The main advantages this hotel has are its incredibly warm and helpful staff and the hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. Every member of the staff literally cannot do enough for you, down to the point of providing us with an early breakfast on our check out day as we needed to hit the road at 6am. Nothing was an issue, we were made feel incredibly welcome from the minute we arrived. This hotel is located a short 15min walk from busy areas of Milano Marittima & Cervia, both busy hubs with bars and restaurants. I have stayed in other hotels with higher star ratings that would be no match to Hotel Riviera. I am planning on returning for IronMan 2025 and am already looking forward to staying here again. Wir waren zum ersten Mal in diesem wunderschönen Hotel. Alles hat uns zur vollsten Zufriedenheit gefallen. Der Empfang, der Service, das Essen... Die Lage ist unschlagbar und die Aussicht vom Balkon traumhaft. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Unser zweiter Aufenthalt im Riviera war wieder sehr schön. Als Familie mit kleinen Kindern gibt es größere Zimmer in denen man sich gut mit vier Personen aufhalten kann. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, die komplette Anlage sehr gepflegt. Besonders auffällig ist, dass das gesamte Personal durchweg sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ist. Ein Pluspunkte für uns ist außerdem die familiäre Atmosphäre, da das Hotel von einer Familie geführt wird. Wir würden es für einen entspannten Adria Urlaub jeder Zeit empfehlen und freuen uns auf nächstes Jahr.

Sono stata ospite con il mio compagno in qs bellissimo ed elegante hotel per dieci gg la settimana di ferragosto in pensione completa, tutto lodevole e perfetto, cucina spettacolare raffinata con ampia scelta tra pesce o carne verdure antipasti o dolci, personale alla reception sempre disponibile cordiale sorridente, il personale della sala è gentilissimo attento scrupoloso sorridente professionale super disponibile,le camere sono molto belle silenziose e molto pulite (un plauso al personale delle pulize) e per ultimo le proprietarie Patty e la sorella Ele con la mamma Elda sono tre persone speciali, che fanno bene il loro lavoro e lo amano e qs fa la differenza. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di partecipare alla cena di gala la sera di San e Lorenzo con un menu' speciale a base di pesce e alla cena in giardino con animazione la sera di ferragosto, tutto perfetto e speciale, non vediamo l'ora di tornare il prossimo anno, per noi che abbiamo gia' girato varie strutture a milano marittima qs è la migliore , grazie mille per tutto manuela e daniele.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di completo relax in un'atmosfera molto cordiale. Tutto il personale dell'hotel si è dimostrato sempre molto professionale, disponibile ed empatico nei nostri confronti, dal personale addetto alle stanze, ai camerieri ed allo staff dirigente. Anche la posizione dell'hotel è assolutamente strategica a 2 passi (di numero) dalla spiaggia e baricentrico al centro di Milano Marittima e di Cervia. Siamo stati in questo hotel per 6 notti. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, pulito, personale cortese e anche il nostro cameriere è stato sempre impeccabile e attento alle esigenze. La camera vista mare è confortevole. Buona la cucina a base di pesce e carne sia pranzo che cena. Forse sarebbe da ampliare il buffet con qualche pietanza a base di pesce (e non solo verdure, buonissime per inciso). Da ritornare.
