Ten friends from Ireland recently stayed at Hotel Orchidea as one was participating in the Ironman Emilia Romagna. The location for the Ironman couldn't have been better. The start & finish of the event was minutes from the Hotel. The massive, beautiful, sandy beach of Cervia was directly across the road from out hotel with beautiful restraunts everywhere. The Hotel itself is beautiful, modern, spotless and very well run. The food was gorgeous and reasonably priced. The bedrooms were small but had everything you'd need including lovely comfortable beds, a beautiful ensuite, plenty of storage & a lovely little balcony to sit out on. The rooms were cleaned daily as was the hotel reception/lobby. You wouldn't find a speck of dirt anywhere. As for the staff! They were exceptional. 100% efficient, friendly, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. From the owner to the cleaning staff - all were exceptional. We actually ended up on first name terms with most of them. Hotel Orchidea was advertised as a family run Hotel and when we left we certainly felt part of their family. They booked transfers for us to the Airport and they all came out to wave us off when leaving. Never have we felt such warmth from a fantastic team. 10/10 to Hotel Orchidea. We could not fault you 👏 👏 👏

Wir sind nun schon zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel – jeweils im Rahmen unserer Teilnahme beim Ironman Italy. Bei der ersten Buchung im Jahr 2021 war für uns vor allem die Lage ausschlaggebend: direkt an der Laufstrecke und in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wechselzone und dem Startgelände – für einen Wettkampf einfach ideal. Schon bei unserer zweiten Buchung 2023 war es dann aber weniger die Lage, sondern vielmehr die Herzlichkeit der Besitzerfamilie und des gesamten Teams, die uns überzeugt hat. Man fühlt sich hier nicht einfach als Gast, sondern wirklich willkommen. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das Engagement während der Veranstaltungstage: Die ganze Familie steht mit Musikbox an der Strecke, feuert die Athleten bis spät in die Nacht an und sorgt für eine unglaubliche Stimmung – ein echtes Vorbild für Gastfreundschaft und Tourismus! Trotz Saisonende, nach sicher anstrengenden Wochen, merkt man keinerlei Müdigkeit – im Gegenteil, die Motivation und Freundlichkeit sind so, als würde die Saison gerade erst beginnen. Wir können dieses Hotel daher nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen – nicht nur zum Ironman, sondern bestimmt während der gesamten Saison. Ein großes DANKE für den großartigen Service und die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Ho soggiornato per la prima volta con la mia famiglia in questo hotel che si è rivelato davvero impeccabile. La struttura è elegante, ben curata e accogliente, con un arredamento raffinato nelle camere e negli spazi comuni. Il personale è uno dei veri punti di forza: alla reception sempre gentile e disponibile, in sala attento, premuroso e capace di far sentire ogni ospite al centro delle attenzioni. Il cibo è stata la sorpresa più bella: ogni giorno il menù proponeva tre primi e tre secondi, sia di carne che di pesce, oltre a un’opzione vegetariana/vegana. I piatti erano ricercati e di qualità, i dolci deliziosi, la frutta sempre fresca e il buffet vario e abbondante, con proposte diverse quotidianamente. La colazione merita una menzione speciale: un ricco buffet servito dal personale, con brioche di diversi tipi, torte fatte in casa, opzioni salate e molto altro. Ottima anche la pulizia delle camere, svolta con cura e puntualità. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole sotto ogni punto di vista: eleganza, buon cibo e tanta attenzione per gli ospiti. Sicuramente torneremo❤️

Hotel situato sul lungomare di Cervia a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Qualità della ristorazione eccellente, tra l'altro con 3 scelte sia a pranzo che a cena. Ottima anche la colazione, con un ricco buffet. Servizio impeccabile, camerieri rapidi e gentili. Camera abbastanza piccola ma pulita, si riesce a riposare bene.

Tutto stupendo, personale gentile e preparato, pulizia impeccabile sia della stanza che delle parti comuni, qualità della cucina altissima, piatti che colpiscono alla vista e poi conquistano con il gusto. Ottima la posizione fronte spiaggia. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare
