The service is brilliant and it is one of my favourite hotels I have stayed in. I highly recommend it and I hope that you enjoy the 3 meal a day selection of everything from pastries to salads. It is located on the waters edge and has its own private beach directly in front. It has a bar, swimming pool and everything you could possibly need. It is perfect for people who want to explore the town because just a walk down the road you can reach the town centre full of pubs, bars, markets, shops and places to explore.

Con una settimana di anticipo abbiamo prenotato per il 19 e 20 maggio. Il 18 mattina chiama l' hotel e comunica che avendo avuto dei non meglio specificati problemi devono disdire la prenotazione. La mia impressione, ricavata dal prosieguo del discorso, è che saremmo stati gli unici ospiti, almeno per la notte del 19 e quindi per loro era più conveniente disdire la prenotazione e chiudere un giorno. Alla mia richiesta di almeno suggerire un Hotel in alternativa hanno risposto in modo vago e insoddidfacente. Comportamento assolutamente riprovevole che dimostra una pessima attenzione al cliente. Raccomandato per la direzione un corso sulla Customer Satisfaction

Hotel bello ma per lavorarci ambiente bruttissimo proprietario maleducato alloggio per dipendenti in cantina senza finestra con un bagno in comune per tutti non dà la possibilità di prendere biciclette dall'albergo e non è collaborativo per niente Entrate dipendenti come lo schiavo certi proprietari non meritano neanche di vivere

Albergo a 5 min dal centro, spiaggia di fronte all albergo, camere pulite letti comodi, personale gentile e professionale, colazione abbondante ,cena ottima, buffet top(tutti prodotti freschi),ci siamo trovate proprio bene. Per le nostra mini vacanza é stato tutto ottimo.ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Cervia é una bella citta

bellissimo albergo.Dipendenti molto professionali (Angelo,Sofaball,Alessandro,Giovanna)CUCINA DA DIMENTICARE in quanto è una cattiva imitazione della nouvelle cuisine che peraltro non è gradita a tutti. In Romagna la cucina tradizionale è ottima non mi sembra sia il caso di rinnegqrla Giordana Redaelli

Location top, cibo spettacolare ogni sera e porzioni non esagerate o minime ma giuste, camere confortevoli e pulite, una piscina ed un idromassaggio strepitosi e come se non bastasse uno staff composto da persone non solo competenti ma anche gentili e simpatiche.
