Location molto curata! Camera calda e pulita. Cena di capodanno non all’altezza del prezzo pagato , animazione esageratamente soft, praticamente paragonabile ad una camomilla con melatonina. Colazione scarsissima, mai vista una roba del genere. Non abbiamo praticamente trovato nulla da mangiare. OCCHIO alle condizioni e agli accordi di prenotazione, vi suggerisco di conservare le prove del pagamento perché possibile che al check out vi contestino l avvenuto pagamento come è successo a noi e ad altri clienti.

Le cadre et le château sont magnifiques! Hôtel 4 étoiles aux normes italiennes. Belle piscine à l'étage. Beaucoup de bons points, mais des améliorations à apporter selon moi! Nous y sommes restés 7 nuits, en chambre standard. La disposition en carré des chambres du rez-de -chaussée de l'hôtel fait qu'il faut beaucoup marcher pour se déplacer. À l'arrivée ma femme a porté son bagage, dommage. Chambre dans un long couloir, heureusement pas au bout! Pas de possibilité, malgré notre demande, d'avoir une chambre plus proche de l'entrée de l'établissement. "C'est une chambre standard" nous a-t-on répondu, donc pas d'autre possibilité! Encore dommage! La chambre en rez-de-chausée est vaste, belle, confortable et agrémentée d'un large balcon sur un carré de verdure décoré d'une fontaine et de statues. Mais, chambre standard, donc pas de peignoir et pas de possibilité de boisson chaude! Toujours dommage! Un mini frigo propose 2 bouteilles d'eau, c'est un bon point! Le petit déjeuner est copieux, servi par 2 dames charmantes, avec oeufs à la commande.

Betrifft das Essen: Ich habe selten so schlecht gegessen wie in dem Restaurant von dem Hotel! Preis-Leistung-Qualität absolut ungenügend und respektlos gegenüber den Kunden!! Ich würde mich nicht trauen den Kunden so etwas vorzusetzen!!

Pessima esperienza non torneremo. Non siamo soliti a scrivere recensioni, stavolta faremo un eccezione a tutela dei viaggiatori. Vi prego di accertarvi che tutte le condizioni e gli accordi presi telefonicamente in questa struttura abbiano riscontro, poichè una volta in Hotel forse vi serviranno, altrimenti utilizzate le piattaforme di prenotazione per evitare qualsiasi incomprensione.

Il castello è molto bello ed elegante. Tuttavia ci aspettavamo un servizio da 4 stelle, invece come un hotel normale ( set cortesia nella norma, colazione nella norma, piscina e palestra non funzionanti al momento) sito internet poco informativo. Prezzo alto per il servizio ricevuto
