A cozy hotel with a beautiful lobby, located within walking distance of Villa d’Este. The rooms are clean. The breakfast menu in the lobby is a bit overpriced. It's better to step outside, turn right, and walk to a delicious little deli — a great place for breakfast.

Pessima esperienza – da evitare! Se potessi dare zero stelle, lo farei. Dopo aver consumato regolarmente al banco e PAGATO quanto dovuto, io e il mio compagno ci siamo seduti per due minuti a uno dei tavoli esterni, pensando di poterci rilassare un attimo dopo la consumazione. Neanche il tempo di sederci, che il ristoratore è uscito urlando in modo estremamente maleducato e arrogante, cacciandoci via con una scortesia fuori da ogni logica. Non ci è stata data alcuna spiegazione gentile, solo un atteggiamento aggressivo e assolutamente ingiustificato, soprattutto nei confronti di clienti che hanno pagato e si sono comportati in modo rispettoso. Un comportamento inaccettabile da parte di chi lavora a contatto con il pubblico. Un’accoglienza così sgradevole rovina completamente l’immagine della struttura. Consiglio vivamente di scegliere un altro posto dove almeno il rispetto per il cliente è ancora una priorità.

We spent four nights at Hotel San Giuseppe, and it couldn't have been any better. Its located in a neighborhood, not a "resort" area, which we found to be a more authentic experience. Its large enough to have excellent dining and service, but small enough that Maurizio and his family know every guest by name. Its a short walk to the center of town and the ferry, with many dining, coffee and gelato locations along the way. And the A/C in the room worked really well during the heat wave! Looking forward to our next visit.

È un ottimo locale,gestito da persone che si interessano alla tua soddisfazione,ancor prima che ti sieda in uno dei loro tavoli,circondati da una location fiabesca. A prescindere che sia per un pranzo di lavoro o una cena di anniversario,vi consiglio di provvedere a un prenotamento, perché ne varrà veramente la pena e,capirete maggiormente le mie parole.

très bel hôtel Accueil très sympathique. Très bon petit déjeuner avec du choix. Parking sur place. Belles chambres refaites à neuf. suite à une crevaison de pneu, le patron très sympathique nous a aidé à trouver un garagiste pour la réparation. Je recommande cet hôtel.
