The staff was so friendly. The breakfasts were delicious! Its a short walk in to the town of Cernobbio to catch the ferry.
Also its a short walk outside of town to stroll through the Secret Garden!
We loved this hotel!

My wife and I liked everything about the property. The staff was nice, the property was quiet and the location was great walking distance to the Cernnobio centre.
We were so busy doing activities outside the property that we did not get to enjoy the gardens at the property. However, they looked awesome.

A nice little village out of the ordinary, fascinating architecture on the houses, it feels like you are part of a film shoot. Lots of wine shops and the wind fields right next door. We will definitely be back.

Older Cernobbio charm, Fine dining and absolutely the best and most friendly and accommodating staff imaginable.Ity off the beaten path and ‘real’ find. Will stay everyone I visit Lake Como.

Very charming hotel in the middle of Cernobbio, close from everything. The staff was lovely and very helpful, even offered a coffee in the morning (I did not book the breakfast). Room was clean and cute, only thing was the bathroom, which was a little old (okay for one night). Only thing missing was a bar fridge, which I think should be in every rooms.

Accoglienza ed ospitalità molto buone. Personale gentilissimo ed attento ad ogni esigenza. Il gestore, Sig. Sergio, un ottimo "padrone" di casa che sa come "coccolare" e far sentire bene i propri ospiti. Camera pulita, accogliente, spaziosa, comoda, dotata di un ampio bagno con altrettanto ampio box doccia. Ambiente familiare, in una struttura molto diversa dal classico hotel, essendo una costruzione colonica, ampiamente ristrutturata per adeguarsi ai comfort moderni. Strategica la posizione vicina al centro e alla passeggiata lungo il lago, seppur in una zona tranquilla. Cucina ottima, ristorante di livello medio alto. Il prezzo dell'alloggio, abbastanza alto, ritengo sia in linea agli standard, considerata la zona ed il servizio offerto. Consiglio quindi di fermarsi al Terzo Crotto per una breve sosta a Cernobbio. Grazie e complimenti a tutti!

Siamo stati in questo hotel a febbraio. Ci siamo trovati bene. Il parcheggio è a parte e costa 10 euro. Camera spaziosa e dotata di tutto l'indispensabile, bagno largo, doccia giusta. Abbiamo anche fatto colazione il giorno dopo anche se non era compresa.

We had a great experience at the Hotel Trezo Crotto, enjoying its old world charm and an authentic European environment. You may find the rooms smaller than you are used to if you are Canadian, but that is what you find in Italy. The staff was friendly and accommodating, including the sweet old Labrador Retriever on site! We were always looking for her.
The restaurant on site was also fantastic. The food was very good on all the items, and we ate there on 2 evening occasions.
It is also a short walk to the Piers, shops and the bus stop. We highly recommend this hotel.
