New, modern villa with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a spacious living room is suitable for 1-3 families with children or up to 4 couples of friends. Enjoy your holiday with friends or big family :-) Located just 250m from Lipno lake with very nice view, nice sunsets. 5 Minutes from beach and/or beach bar. Very nice place for families, bike trips, yachting, winsurfing, etc. The total usable space of the villa is 180m2, of which 51m2 is a living room with a kitchenette, a bar and a dining table. From the living room and one of the bedrooms there is access to a 54 m2 wooden terrace, where you can enjoy romantic sunsets with a view of Lake Lipno. Each bedroom has a large bed 180x200cm for 2 guests. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with its own bathroom and toilet. There is also a separate toilet and a large common room - living room + kitchenette + bar. From the living room and the room on the ground floor there is access to a spacious wooden terrace with a view of Lake Lipno. Upstairs there is one large bedroom with a double bed 180x200 and a sofa bed. This bedroom also has its own bathroom with toilet. From the corridor there are two smaller bedrooms, each with a double bed 180x200. They have a shared bathroom and toilet with access in the corridor. All bedrooms have large storage areas. There is a storage container behind the house that you can use to store bikes and other sports equipment that you want to keep locked.
