Everything was perfect
1. Water fountain at the bar, which I can access whenever I want
2. Wonderful breakfast. They made the breakfast and you can get pancakes after 7! The food was warm and delicious. Which made my sterotype for French food more stronger than ever.
3. Large room, with good facilities. Nuke bath amenities, personal showrer and toilet!
4. The employees were one of the nicest and kindest people I've met in France. We have asked sever requests, and they helped us with thier best behavior. (I thought I might, could be spoiled if I stayed here longer lol)
Frankly, if my coworkers need to visit Eragny, I would strongly recommend this place, and my other two coworkers who had stayed with me, agreed.

I booked a room for 2 people but the room had 3 people max capacity. My daughter who is 14 was to stay with family members but plans changed for that one night and was to stay with us instead. Front desk lady did not care or have consideration we came from Canada and we had to book another room! She wouldn’t allow my daughter to stay in the same room. We even offered to pay for another person for our room, she did not listen. Horrible customer service. We had to write in a card and asked for a pen. They asked for the pen back as they didn’t have more. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Never would go back or recommend to others.

✨ Un séjour parfait au Mercure Cergy ! ✨ J’ai passé un excellent moment au Mercure Cergy, et je recommande vivement cet établissement. L’accueil a été chaleureux dès l’arrivée, avec un personnel professionnel, attentionné et toujours souriant. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très bien insonorisées et décorées avec goût – un vrai cocon de confort après une journée bien remplie. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner, varié et généreux, avec des produits frais et de qualité. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, proche des transports, tout en restant calme et reposant. Propreté irréprochable, literie ultra confortable, services au top : tout est pensé pour le bien-être des clients. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe du Mercure Cergy pour leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Good stay in Cergy, with the usual standard of quality by Accor on Mercure level. Decent rooms, good breakfast and a location close to the train station. It would have another average stay in a mid-range accommodation if it hadn’t been for Jamila at the front desk. She was extremely professional and helpful, helping me solve a few issues during stay. With her friendliness and supportiveness she made all the difference. Thank you very much! Moltes gràcies!
