Booked a room with two queen beds for my family of four. We had a most wonderful stay for 3 days and were really happy with our choice. Room was clean and of good size, breakfast adequate, plenty of parking within the hotel and easy access to I-66. Surprised to see some ordinary feedback about this hotel. I would rate it very high in terms of value for money!

Front desk was very friendly.
Rooms are laid out a little funky but the bed was very comfortable.
Did have a bunch of little ants i kept killing by the windowsill. I told the front desk but they just said they were sorry.
Breakfast was good.
Would rate this a 2.5 out of 5.

If you enjoy staying at a less than average property than this is the hotel for you. After staying in over 500+ Marriot properties I'm at a loss as to how Marriot would allow their name to be associated with this hotel. The walls are peeling in the shower and it's barely big enough to stand straight forward in. It looks like there may have been a crime committed prior to me staying here based on the stained blood in the floor, see photos. The bed is less than desirable as well. It's apparent whoever owns this property is cheap and doesn't want to spend the money required to keep this property in good standing and want guests to come back. I am shortening my stay and driving home early so that I don't have to stay here any longer. This hotel should be renamed to a Laquinta or Motel 6.

Nice clean, safe place to stay. Well maintained.
Lots of local restaurants nearby - all Asian or Mexican.
Requires some navigation to get to.
Convenient to the "Smitty" Air and Space Musume as well as Manassas Battlefield Park.
