毛巾及床單都不乾淨，wifi 接收很差，整體評分差不建議再去
但地點很好，鄰近有outlet 購物十分方便從酒店只需步行7分鐘便可到達
附近亦有麥當勞隨時可以醫肚

It’s a lovely vintage hotel in the heart of old Centralia. The manager is so kind and helpful attending to every detail. The rooms and the whole hotel are spotless and comfortable. I recommend this to anyone wanting a unique experience.

1) Front desk guy came out in a ripped tank undershirt and pants at 10:30 am. I paid $20 extra to check in early.
2) Place was sketchy, not well kept up.
3) My room had NOT been cleaned, there was someone elses food in the refrigerator, there was a used wash cloth on top of the shower curtain, there was a used towel hanging behind the door, there were other peoples hair in the sink. Under the coffee pot was a bunch of spilled gross coffee, the coffee pot had no lid so I had to use a straw to push up the button to let the coffee down, took 1 drink and gagged, tossed it into sink and there was a green plug of gunk, thank God I did not drink that part. The bathroom floor had piss all over it. Do not recommend this place to anyone!!

The front desk man,Fred was just simply Amazing and thoughtful. It was incredibly hot the day we checked in. and he saw me waiting in the car while my wife was checking in, and he gave her the key to the room before she was done checking in so I could escape the heat. Who does that....Fred does that!!! I would most definitely recommend the Centralia Inn based upon Freds customer service.

They almost did not let me check in because they have a hard cut off of 10pm check ins and I was travling for an event and did not get to the hotel till late. There was a clear open sign lit up in the office but the man who was at the office was angry I did not check in earlier and said he normally would not let me check in. Then he game me a key to a room that already had a person in it so I had to go back and have him give me an unoccupied room.
