This is the third time staying here but now Ciputra Hotel has better service starting from security, front office, housekeeping and other staff, all are friendly, the cleanliness is really good, the room is also comfortable and super clean, if you request a room facing Simpang Lima, the staff is also very quick, the location is in the middle of the city and connected to the mall, I have stayed at SMG several times but this hotel is the best, I will definitely come back here again
