Courteous staffs. Check in seems compulsory to use the self check in machine. But it's a user friendly and smooth. Check out can use self service machine or through the receptionist staffs. No in room dining menu in the room, but probably need to call/ask. Anyone can access guest rooms floor as there's no access card restrictions, I hope can improve on this for security reason. Good amenities overall. I like the colgate brand toothpaste. Feels legit and clean using it. Soap amd shampoo formulated by Tanamera. Love the soft pillows and bed as well. Breakfast buffet is so and so in terms of options compared to other 4 stars hotel, but I think it's enough. All tasted good. Located just right next to Sunway Medical Center and walking distance to few shop lot restaurants both halal and non halal. But for some, including Sunway Carnival Mall, you need to cross road manually(no traffic lights for pedestrian). Quite easy to get ehailing from the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Clean. Price that is affordable to me as a retiree. Surprise me to find lift in a 3 storey hotel. Cctv and internet give feel of security and convenience. Staff friendly and helpful. Many restaurants within walking distance of 5 to 10 minutes. Malay food, mamak good, Chinese, western food, Japanese food are there to visitors to choose. Grab car easily available.

The housekeeping staff were too noisy while cleaning outside the rooms, starting from 9:00 AM. There was no privacy or quiet environment. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at where I had to wait at the counter upon checkout for housekeeping to inspect the room first. Only after the receptionist received confirmation via walkie-talkie from the housekeeping staff was my deposit released. I also called and requested a towel from the receptionist, but was told that they couldn’t provide one because the housekeeping staff had already gone home.

My first impression when entered the lobby, it was simple but nice. They have classic lift which new experient to me😀. Room was spacious worth it. Got window. All like new as u can see in picture. No kettle in room but got 2 mineral water. They provide hot/cold filtered water dispenser outside the room. Got fridge in room also hairdryer in bathroom. Bathroom size also big for this kind of hotel. Tv was big and the channel was clear enough compare to other hotel which i use to stay around here. Parking need to pay. Overall is a worth night to stay. Recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They even upgraded my room, which was a pleasant surprise. The shower and toilet were spotless, and the automatic toilet bowl had so many features. On level two, there's a great reflexology massage therapy center and a golf simulator area with a bar, perfect for relaxation. The hotel's location is fantastic, with McDonald's, KFC, Starbucks, Krispy Kreme, Tealive, FuHouse Restaurant, 4Fingers Crispy Chicken, Subway, 7-Eleven, and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf all nearby. Further down the street, there's a Burger King inside the Caltex petrol station. Highly recommended.

its good for those last minute looking for an accomodation. The hotel is conveniece, easy to park, got lift eventhough just few floor, just good for take a nap or for refresh yourself. only hygiene should be improved. Other than that should be just fine. Keep it up 👌

The location is convenient, there is a minimart for shopping. The room is cheap, the more you book through the website, the cheaper the price is. I chose this hotel because I could book through the website at a cheap price. The room is quite good. I would like to have more promotions.

The house looked a little creepy and heavily filled with plantations, but it's actually nice and not that bad. Good to experience the vintage feel. Just that the room's sizes are not standardized. Some rooms are small while some are spacious but with the same price. They have all basic necessities given however no laundry machine as stated in amenities.
