Good location. Very near Sunway Carnival Mall and restaurants nearby.
Public parking during working hours are limited but adequate otherwise
Service is friendly and timely
Facilities are all in good working condition

The front desk service attitude is not very good, the room is okay
The soundproofing is very poor, you can hear people walking outside
It is very noisy when someone walks at night
The hotel does not allow late check-out, and says you have to check out at 11 o'clock
