Had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was a highlight. They offered a great variety of local Penang cuisine with live stations preparing char kuey teow, tosai, hokkien mee, and curry mee fresh on the spot.
One minor downside was the housekeeping service. I requested an extra towel but was told it could only be provided the next morning. Other than that, everything else was great.
