The hotel is modern and quiet. It is nearby a golf course. The staff is kind and helpful. The room is clean and awesome. There is a kitchen in the room. Breakfast is good. But the shower water is too weak.

The location was good. Walmart and Superstore were nearby the hotel. 5 to 10 minutes driving distance to some famous wineries in BC. We were assigned to the top floor which was quiet. The only complaint from me was the shower. The water was not hot and not enough water pressure.

The staff are friendly, smiling and serious. The sanitation is satisfactory, the hotel is new, the facilities are complete, the location is moderate, the transportation is convenient, and there are shopping malls, restaurants and supermarkets around

Second time staying here. It's great overall, great location great staff, great service, great kitchen in the room. I will definitely come back again. The only disappointment was at the end, there was a massive amount of people got locked out of the door during their late check out and even after front desk reactivated the card key, people were still locked out. At the end room service had to come to open the door for each and everyone.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. I really like the bed. The room is very big and new. The breakfast is very good. The room is spacious and has a kitchen and desk. I'm very satisfied with everything.
