Then complain about the room, the room is relatively small, the double beds are Queen, so it is too small for two people to sleep, the sheets on the bed are wrinkled as if they were just taken out of the dryer, and there is a smell. My son said the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. I don't know why, every time Ctrip booked a room, the location was very bad. This time, there was no view next to the big fan, and I saw a room with two big fans, hey. 500 knives a night, hotels in North America are so cheating. There are no slippers, no toiletries, and the Wi-Fi is so slow that you can hardly open games or videos if you don’t spend 10 yuan. The most speechless thing is that checkout charged me a parking fee of 36 dollars per night. This parking fee is really too expensive, and I didn't inform in advance. It has a indoor pool ! It is nice to have fun with kids !! The parking is free ! Nice room for a family trip ! The price match what we want ! Overall, it is good to stay for a night !

Breakfast is small, Western style. The parking on the front side of the door is free of charge. The underground parking lot of the hotel is small. You need to brush the door to open the door. The street opposite the street is a bar, a bit noisy. The location is OK, just outside the hotel and turn right, not far away is Lake Okana. The choice is mainly because the price is not expensive.

We were greeted by the staff when we arrived. Check-in only took a few minutes. The room was superb. Big and spacious room. We had a king and queen rooms and both has their own toilet and bath. A spacious living room with fire place and a balcony overlooking the mountains and lake. The kitchen has everything you needed. I couldn’t ask for more. The hotel is fantastic.

The surrounding environment is very beautiful, the room facilities are also very good, that is, I regret that I have not booked a villa. In fact, it is quite good for us to book a villa for 7 people.

The hotel was extremely busy, as it was a holiday weekend. The state of the hotel definitely showed an increase in volume and turnover. Our room, the entranceway, and the bathroom floor had white marks all over it. At first, it looked like a child walked into paint and then ran in and out of the room. However, with the smallest of elbow grease, I was able to remove most of the marks from the bathroom. In doing so, it looked more like dried oatmeal, but I couldn't be sure. My point is that it was impossible not to notice this mess and that someone made a conscious decision to leave it in this manner. They did this, knowing that it was a long weekend and that guests would be paying in some cases double what they normally would pay. At these prices, with taxes,fees, etc, we were over a grand for 2 nights. At these prices, you do expect the rooms to be in pristine condition. We had spoken to a staff member delivering towels to a nèar by room. He informed us that he would speak to his supervisor and that someone would be up shortly. At this point, it was late and we were at the end of a solid week of moving. We needed sleep more than anything. To the best of our knowledge, no one tried to reach us in regard to this issue. This is a beautiful hotel. However, more needs to be done to keep it that way.

This was a two day planned get away for my husbsnd and I. Great location, we walked everywhere. The deck was a bit dirty, however there is construction going on around this location. The garbage truck dumps the big bins at 5:30 am so if you get an early wake up call. The hotel itself is a good choice, restaurants is also good. No pub anymore, but does not say this online. All in all good stay.
