Good location, staffs were helpful and attentive especially the breakfast greeter lady named Weni. I appreciate her kindness and politeness very much. Her standard belongs to higher level hotel such as Ritz or Raffles, tbh.
Anyway, although I didn't find anything wrong with this hotel, I just didn't feel the "5-star" here.

The decoration style of this hotel makes people feel "depressed" and dark. The hotel lobby is very small, and the guest rooms are above the 23rd floor of the entire building. The restaurant is on the first floor. The breakfast is simple and average. The top floor bar feels good, you can try it.

Very nice hotel with great swimming pools. Food is alright but breakfast is awesome. Also, the ambience of this hotel is best. The only stupidity I felt was toilet don’t have any wash basin to wash hands after using toilet. Also, the wash basin is located at opposite side which doesn’t make sense, it’s better to be a part of the bathroom instead of stand alone. The location of bathtub is very nice.
