It is a conflicting hotel with a different style, rooms, halls and restaurants, very interesting design in the room, a feeling of living in the kitchen, and the appliances and bathroom faucets are very advanced, the food is very strange, and the price is so high that I have to complain, The restaurant table is good oil, the outdoor dining area is very noisy, very strange and special accommodation experience, if you like the wind and horse and cow people can experience it!

I booked this hotel because it looked pretty nice online but I was super disappointed. At check in I paid and did the paperwork but they made me wait to get my key even though it was 4pm and check in time is 2pm. I didn’t understand if the room was not ready or why I had to wait so long just to get a key. The receptionist was overwhelmed with calls and people walking up and I guess he forgot about me because I only got a key when another receptionist finally came out and took my information again. The key has the room number handwritten on a piece of tape holding the wifi code. Spoiler alert, my wifi worked for about two hours and hasn’t worked since. You walk in and immediately face the toilet bowl which is unsettling. The bathroom is super tiny with no sink counter space and one towel and one bath mat. The toilet roll was almost finished so whoever prepared the room barely did anything which made me worry how clean it actually was. I’m not a fan of the pillows which look like bigger versions of those neck pillows you use on flights. Maybe some people like that but I didn’t. They did have two regular pillows on a shelf though. The room is small and disappointing. I booked non-smoking but it smelled of smoke and noodles or something bad and when I called down to complain they sent a guy to spray the room. It lasted maybe half an hour before it smelled again. I didn’t sleep well. The nice things are the tv which is a good size and the AC worked well. I’m still iffy about how clean the sheets are. The fridge wasn’t that cold. The staff didn’t really understand my complaints and ignored me telling them about my wifi twice or perhaps didn’t understand. I asked for a refund and to check out the day after I checked in Eve though I’d paid for three nights. They said accounting has already processed the payment so no refund which makes no sense. Have they never had to give a refund? I don’t want to stay but they refuse to refund my money even though I stayed one night and paid at the property. That’s unacceptable to me. All in all I think they mean well but honestly I don’t recommend this hotel unless you really just don’t care where you sleep: there are cheaper options I’ve stayed in in Jakarta that were far nicer

This hotel is situated in the heart of the city center hence the traffic is extremely heavy and busy, going to places are can be extremely difficult and time consuming. The location isn't good at all. You need more time allowance to get to the airport consider the heavy traffic. There are slums everywhere, behind the hotel and dirty food stalls nearby. These slums should be removed from the vicinity. Beggars and homeless people are everywhere even outside McDonald's nearby. There are McDonald's, Burger King, Starbucks and indo Cafe nearby. Brsides, we are very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Our bedsheets are stained with footsteps and dirty stains. Cockcroaches are all over the toilet seat, crawling all over my legs while we were seated. It's so gross. I hope this hotel can improve its cleanliness. I recently stayed at this hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering stunning views of the city. The amenities were top-notch, from the luxurious bedding to the well-equipped gym and spa facilities. The hotel's dining options were exceptional, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. You may find this humble hotel serves a very nice hospitality. This hotel location is easy to reach. The receptionist promptly assists us on check in and out. The room is renovated, comfort, clean and spacious. Special touch in the room while you check in; the praying corner, the barcode for ordering room service, the welcoming arrangement (art towel, fruit, special printed welcoming note with guest picture). Love the view from the room. Food and beverages served in restaurant. The taste is so authentic homey Minang food and Chinese food – all tasty. You may find the various dishes. All Halal food and beverages. Love the bubur sumsum (rice flour porridge served with palm sugar), lontong sayur (rice cake with curry veggie soup). You will get lucky, when this hotel holds a special event, such as inviting the Indonesia Master Chef who live cooks in front of the guest. This hotel also has the masjid for pray, and 2 halls for meeting or special event.

the bed sheets and and pillow case are not change throughout the five night. Dirty blanket cover, when room service still the same blanket cover with the same spot dirty. Only toiletries are change. The bathroom is not clean properly, hair remains there even after Cleaning. But overall the hotel location and staff are good.

The best way to describe this hotel, a 5-star hotel, in a 2-star location with 3-star service. The hotel itself is very nice, comfortable bed, pillows, great fixtures, amazing shower, and the softest towels. The room itself is VERY nice. The location is fairly crappy, the view from your room will be overlooking derelict buildings with caved in roofs or missing roofs. You'll have to take a taxi or grab to get anywhere, but they are super cheap so not a big issue (but the traffic means it will take a while). Had the hotel breakfast once, pretty expensive (it is about 25% of the cost of 1-night room, very expensive for the area). The breakfast was below expectations, but the ambience at the restaurant was very nice. Luckily there are plenty of street vendors in walking distance with good food. Service was probably the worst part of my 3-night stay. I kept getting bothered during my stay with phone calls from the front desk - very disturbing, happened multiple times. The worst was a call at 8pm asking if I wanted room service that day (I had the do-not-disturb light on my door) - I thought is was obvious I didn't. At 9:30pm when I was already in bed, housekeeping came knocking on my door to service my room - I was in my underwear answering the door, and the do-not-disturb light was still turned on!! It was so frustrating. No follow-up from the hotel asking about my stay, I'm not sure if they care about the service they provide or seeking ways to get better.

the checkin was a breeze, the counter staffs have always been kind and ready to help with any questions or assistance when required. however, on the first day the room smelled badly of sewage, i left the room for a few hours and hoped the bad smell went away, it didnt. It lingered on till next day, until i saw the housekeeping and informed him of the bad smell. by 2nd day at 3pm, the smell was gone. also on 2nd day upon flushing the toilet, the toilet continuously kept flushing non stop, i informed house keeping who imdtly came to my room and adjusted the button. housekeeping person was very kind and i appreciate that he truly cared for my well being. i will appreciate if hotel could perhaps do something about the unpleasant sewage smell which was so pungent inside the room and toilet. also, this hotel has super thin walls. i could hear whatever the next door occupant was speaking and even heard his unpleasant coughing up of phlegm on and off for the 1.5 days! which made me feel disgusted!

Hotel have a good location in the township. Good access to lotte shopping. Good breakfast in the morning and room wise it's huge. Loving the room design and service they have here. Downside is parking b2 stinks bad. And elevator can be really slow in the morning during peak hour.... Elevator is buggy too where is misses floor sometimes... :( killing down a bit of the overall experience
