3-Star Hotels in Central Jakarta

The hotel entrance smelled very nice. However it didn’t reflect to the room. The room looked old and tired. It didn’t have any towels in the bathroom. I needed to call teice to have them provided. Location is very central. Close to culinary spots, to Sarinah and Tanah Abang fashion market. One thing to highlight was the reception staffs. They were very friendly!

Been staying here for a few times now. Nice area, very reasonable price, clean, good water pressure. Will stay here again in the future.

I booked this hotel because it looked pretty nice online but I was super disappointed. At check in I paid and did the paperwork but they made me wait to get my key even though it was 4pm and check in time is 2pm. I didn’t understand if the room was not ready or why I had to wait so long just to get a key. The receptionist was overwhelmed with calls and people walking up and I guess he forgot about me because I only got a key when another receptionist finally came out and took my information again. The key has the room number handwritten on a piece of tape holding the wifi code. Spoiler alert, my wifi worked for about two hours and hasn’t worked since. You walk in and immediately face the toilet bowl which is unsettling. The bathroom is super tiny with no sink counter space and one towel and one bath mat. The toilet roll was almost finished so whoever prepared the room barely did anything which made me worry how clean it actually was. I’m not a fan of the pillows which look like bigger versions of those neck pillows you use on flights. Maybe some people like that but I didn’t. They did have two regular pillows on a shelf though. The room is small and disappointing. I booked non-smoking but it smelled of smoke and noodles or something bad and when I called down to complain they sent a guy to spray the room. It lasted maybe half an hour before it smelled again. I didn’t sleep well. The nice things are the tv which is a good size and the AC worked well. I’m still iffy about how clean the sheets are. The fridge wasn’t that cold. The staff didn’t really understand my complaints and ignored me telling them about my wifi twice or perhaps didn’t understand. I asked for a refund and to check out the day after I checked in Eve though I’d paid for three nights. They said accounting has already processed the payment so no refund which makes no sense. Have they never had to give a refund? I don’t want to stay but they refuse to refund my money even though I stayed one night and paid at the property. That’s unacceptable to me. All in all I think they mean well but honestly I don’t recommend this hotel unless you really just don’t care where you sleep: there are cheaper options I’ve stayed in in Jakarta that were far nicer

This is my second experience stay in fave hotel (Zainul arifin), great to stay in this hotel again. The hotel location really help me to go anywhere because strategic location.

The hotel location is strategic, easy to go any where, near from the center of Jakarta (some ministries), the furniture has renew however need to improve about the air condition, some of it has been operating below the standard even we have settled it at 16 degree Celsius but the room temperature still warm.

Affordable price, but unfortunately when I stayed there, in the last night of stay, I must move to another room, because any problem in my floor (its access Road). I must move with my suitcase and all our belongings with No one from the hotel helped us. But overall, All facilities in the room were in good condition.

strategic location, near to shopping centers, friendly receptionist, check in with Mrs. Adefita and invited to join ALL members for free. the staff is friendly, the rooms are minimalist, clean and smell good. for deluxe rooms there's a minibar in the room, 24 hour room service. Thanks, recommended for staycation.

The best plsce, wow cool and nice I hope always stay there at swiss bell wahid gasyim street. My be someday i came to jakarta citi, stay there. Vuew and fscilities in hotrl maximum abd the better. I like n like forever

I enjoyed my last 4 nights in Jakarta here. The standard room is very clean and spacious enough. The wifi is good and the bathroom nice with hot water. The window can be opened for fresh air and the pool is nice for a swim and sunbake. Staff are all friendly. Breakfast is very good too and location was quite good. I will stay again.

Amazing front desk, Amar and reza were very helpful during my stay and upgraded my room to deluxe queen. Amazing location too, close to everywhere. Itbis close to the the main train statiun, gambir. Near many place of interest. All in all I had a very pleasant stay in stanley hotel.
