Central Jakarta Kemayoran Hotels

Booked this hotel as it was near to JIEXPO which was where my event was held. The hotel is about 10 minutes car ride to JIEXPO, which was really convenient for us. However, it is not nearby any major shopping malls or food places so for any late night supper, you will have to grab in. Service can be very slow during peak periods (e.g. DWP festival) and check-in queues can take up to 30minutes. We requested for a non-smoking room during booking and was only told that none of the non-smoking rooms were ready by 3pm check-in time and had to wait another additional 1-2 hours. Breakfast provided was acceptable at best. Executive king room was spacious but can be a little worn down. 

The lobby needs to provide more seats while waiting for checking in. During booking must mention non smoking floor, else you will need to Que for a very long time for non smoking floor. Locations not convenient for food hunter like me. Breakfast very little variety and the food I can only rate 2-3. The service is excellent on front desk.

The price is cheap, the room is a bit stuffy, the breakfast variety is not very rich, suitable for people who are not picky about food and have strong adaptability, it is difficult to find Chinese restaurants nearby, there are many Indonesian snacks on the street, close to Durian Street

I was pleasantly surprised - I hadn't expected this hotel to be so nice. I was bowled over by how helpful the staff were in getting me a delicious breakfast to take away, as I needed to meet an early train out of the city. The staff was welcoming and very competent. The price was right as well.

Oh my, if you're first time visit, stay away from this hotel. Staffs are very nice and try to help, but the equipment is very old. older than my grandmom's clock. During the fair period, booked a deluxe room, but the A/C wasn't working, after fixing it, the air came out with a burning smell. Finally, agreed to change rooms for me, but I have downgraded to a small room (they call superior room). but at least the A/C works. Stay 4 nights, for the first two nights the electricity is unstable, and keeps popping up. Again, the people who work in this hotel are super nice, but I am very sorry, this will be my first and last time staying in this hotel.

The hotel is not so big, but they had indoor pool and it's located in a strategic area. Too bad the check in process took very long and made my kids got bad mood from waiting too long

The staff is very professional in handling guests, Special Thanks to Mr. Azis the Manager Incharge. Sleeping is comfortable in a very clean and fragrant room. Very satisfying and will always be a choice for the next business trip
