Good ambience and stay

It feels nice to be back at this hotel with a whole new experience compared to few years ago when it was still under Marriott Bonvoy. I must say this could be the best 5 stars hotel in Jakarta. The room was still as good as before, very spacious and it feels luxurious. The best part was the all inclusive club lounge. Proper coffee, proper cocktails, delicious foods and drinks, their lounge certainly exceeds my expectation, with the best service as well. Other than that, the gym was also good, they even have leg press machine with plate. We need to burn extra calories for all the delicious foods that we ate of course.

It was a pleasant experience overall. The room and bathroom were spacious, and the customer service was excellent. Although the hotel itself isn't very large, it's conveniently connected to the Grand Hyatt, allowing access to their facilities. On the downside, the breakfast and lunch buffet selections were rather limited for a five-star hotel. However, the dinner buffet was more extensive, likely due to an event taking place at the time. All in all, I’d love to return in the future.

I stayed at Keraton at The Plaza in July and had a really good experience. The location is super convenient connected directly to Plaza Indonesia .The room was spacious. Bed was very comfortable, and the view from the room, was amazing. Special thanks to Reja and all the staff everyone was warm, professional, and always helpful. The service really stood out and made the stay feel personal and welcoming A great choice if you’re looking for a luxury hotel right in the city center. Would definitely stay again.🙏🏻

Our stay at Keraton at The Plaza was superb! The food was excellent! The check-in process was done smoothly by Reza. We get some batik scarf as a welcome gift. He also esscort us to the room and explain all the amenities to us! We also get good-bye gift also for Jakarta Birthday. The Facilities was so-so, but you can use the pool and gym at Grand Hyatt Jakarta! One thing that I complained about was the afternoon tea. Why do you put the tea time slot with lunch? It would be great if the afternoon tea let's say around 2-5 PM.
