What a wonderful hotel. Everything from entering the lobby to the check in process until check out was so smooth. The lobby is aesthetic and smells good. The staff are all friendly and attentive. Strategically located in the city center especially to pasar tanah abang and sarinah mall. The breakfast menus were various and delicious. All in all, it was a great stay and I will definitely stay here again in future. ☺️☺️☺️🤩

Everything is nice in terms of location in Wahid Hashim
The prices are not fixed day by day it differs I took the Ashley room for two days from the reception it was overpriced and very expensive because I wanted a refrigerator
He gave me a reasonable price for the room and opened two rooms on the last day
I hope the hotel management will put refrigerators in all rooms for two years and this situation I hope to change in your rooms and put refrigerators and thank you

The sheets and pillows were not clean and dirty! Breakfast is very average! The service attitude of the staff is quite good.

Very good. The transportation is convenient. There are many restaurants nearby. There is a road to the mall and shopping is also convenient. It is 30 minutes from the airport, but the traffic is a bit congested, so reserve time in advance.

Hotel lobby is aesthetically pleasing and the staff (especially Helaena) were very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. However, the walls are thin. You can hear the conversations and footsteps outside on the isle and between walls. There are no connecting rooms available in the hotel. Room has a window but does not come with a view. So if you’re not a light sleeper and would like to be in the city centre with a nice clean room and breakfast, this hotel is for you!
