This was my first time in Indonesia, and I didn't expect to have such a terrible experience in a hotel.
At first I couldn't get into the room, but later I found out that it was already occupied. A male waiter handled it very well.
But I was still terrified that I almost entered an occupied room.
Later I changed to another room, but the air conditioning was not very cool. Later the hotel helped me to change to a room on a high floor.
But the sound insulation was very poor, and the noise outside was too loud. I was woken up early in the morning (after five o'clock). Not only were the guests noisy, but even the classical music in the hotel corridor was very loud.
Although the overall experience was very bad, I am still very grateful to the male waiter who helped me deal with it. His response made me feel more at ease. So the star for service is for him!
