After checking out, a colleague found that the charger plug was not there. After waiting for almost half an hour, he was finally told that he could not find it.
There is no Chinese service, the whole process is in English. The concierge on the first floor is great

It was very clean and the amenities were good. However, the downside is that the Wi-Fi is slow. Please keep that in mind when using it. It's in the same building as Yellow, so you might get confused.

Room is spacious and clean but no sound proofing thus is noisy. It was very trying initially. However, we appreciate the service provided by Ms Gethia, the manager. She is eloquent, responsive and helpful to our request. The housekeeping young guy Friyatna is so creative and helpful when I told him that our sleep is disturbed every morning as certain part of the curtain is out of order and doesn't shield the sunlight. He did a marvellous job and we had good sleep next few days. I am delighted he speaks good English and thus have no communication issue with him. Thank you so much ..

First time to Jakarta, came for work, the hotel is just OK, there are many places to eat nearby. The hygiene is not comparable to the domestic standards. The price-performance ratio is average.
