Awful! Don’t Book! If you’re finding a good place stay in Jakarta, Do NOT book this hotel!!!
Definitely an awful experience we’ve ever had!
The hotel doesn’t look great like their photo provided. Their facilities are old, stained and broken. The sink had cracked and broken, toilet leaked, also their aircon is not functioning.
We complained about the issues, they send their staff slowly and no action was taken. Then, until our second complaint to the lobby counter, the staff finally arrived and start checking the facilities.
They keep telling us, the facilities were fine and refused to change a room for us. They had started to check the aircon compressor outside, and nothing happened nor fixed, the aircon is still not functioning.
The heat striking us, we felt extremely uncomfortable, we went down to complaint the third time, the staff was finally allow us for a room change.
The changed room are totally abnormal like the previous. The facilities are the same, old, linen stained and broken. Also, the room is so dim, little lights. We feel so disappointed and upset. Finally we decided to not to stay in this awful hotel, and find another.
Please, if you do not want to ruin your holiday or a business trip. Avoid this one!!
Rather give a 0 star if I could.

The hotel is very comfortable because it is located in the city center, especially for business purposes, only I think the AC is a bit lacking.

No particular issues with cleanliness.
In terms of location, there are two convenience stores nearby so it's not inconvenient. However, it is more than a 10-minute walk from the train and bus stations, so it is a little inconvenient.
In terms of facilities, the air conditioning wasn't very effective, and even at maximum setting it was a little hot and uncomfortable to sleep.
Also, there was no hair dryer or refrigerator, which was rated low.
The breakfast had a limited number of items, but was satisfactory.

First, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly and didn’t seem well-maintained. When I called the receptionist, she sent a staff member who claimed the AC was already at its maximum and that it was cold. I explained that I was sweating while trying to sleep and it definitely wasn’t cold. He left without resolving the issue.
I called the reception again to request a room change, and she told me a new room would be ready in 10 minutes. After 15 minutes, I called again, only to be told I needed to wait another 10 minutes. Finally, she informed me that I would have to use a different lift to reach the same floor. However, when I went down at 11:35 PM, I discovered the new room was actually on the 5th floor. After switching rooms, the same staff member insisted the AC in the new room was working and that it was cold. I decided to try sleeping, but the issue persisted.
The staff weren’t very helpful, and this will definitely be my last time staying here.

Good budget hotel in a great location of the city. They need to work on the overall cleanliness and the hotel is a bit old. Staff are nice. I recommend this place if you are on a budget and want to stay in a great location of the city.
