Though overall of the hotel services and housekeeping is good, the sound proof of the room needs improvement. I can even hear the noise from corridor and when the water pipes are turned on. The main room door and toilet door closing are affect med when neighbouring guests opened and closed their doors.

Was very happy with my stay, will definitely come back to this hotel if I come back to Jakarta,
My check-in was smooth, was greeted by Bapak Indra at the door and he helped me with my luggages, and Sekar was very helpful, welcoming and very informative and check-in took less than 5mins.

Well kept property.
We enjoyed dining at the restaurant in the lobby.
There’s mini mart and you can take a short walk to Citywalk Sudirman for Papaya supernarket, bakery and redtaurants.
