brilliant service with fully sincerity. Beverages are reloaded every day in the fridge, connected with midplaza office bill which makes much easier to commute or hit the restaurants.
Breakfast has to be featured as the most attractiveness of this hotel. You will never regret to book here.

It was a very luxurious and nice lobby, a large bed and luxurious interior, reasonable price, good shopping malls and restaurants nearby, and a hotel that was satisfactory in every way. I plan to visit here again next time.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the price was reasonable for a five-star hotel, so I had a satisfying stay.
The hotel is located a little way off Jakarta's main street, so there are many buildings around and the view is a little worse than hotels along the main street.
There is a wide variety of breakfast options, but the breakfast seems inferior to another hotel I stayed at in Jakarta previously.

The food is delicious, the staff is very friendly, the bathtub water is nice and hot so you don't have to worry if it's not hot hehe.. the swimming pool and its facilities are open until 10-11 pm. It's nice, no need to rush.. suggestion: the mattress is not soft enough hehehe.. hopefully one day it can be replaced with a softer one hehe
