I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel and I truly appreciate the hospitality and service provided by your team. However, I would like to provide some constructive feedback regarding my stay.
The room felt rather small and did not provide the level of comfort I expected. On top of that, the pillows were too firm, which affected sleep quality, and the towels felt thin compared to the luxury standard usually associated with Pullman.
I believe enhancing room spaciousness (or allocating more suitable rooms for families), offering pillow choices, and providing thicker towels would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

The hotel environment is good and generally clean, but the charging method needs to be changed. There are many breakfast styles and the service attitude is good, but the room food and water have to be charged, which needs to be changed.

The hotel's service, whether at the front desk or in the restaurant, was excellent. Every staff member greeted me with a smile and a nod. The only drawback was that the rooms in the main building were quite small and dated. Fortunately, the breakfast was very generous, making up for this shortcoming. The hotel's location is excellent, as it's within walking distance of the two largest shopping malls in the city center.

Breakfast was excellent with delicious and variety of the menus available, I really enjoyed. One thing - with bathtub in the room, warm water was not enough to be filled, and even after warm water only half of the bathtub, there was no more warm water coming, so I needed to wash my body with cold water only...
