from my checkin to stay everything was very bad.
I booked an executive room but during checkin I was given an Standard room when I matched with the image in the booking. The Receptionist said that they never updated that the executive room was listed wrongly.
More over the bedsheet and quilt both were wo dirty that both of us got rashes all over our body.
Would never recommend this unless you need a hotel close to metro

It was very bad experience. I was get early at morning just approximately 5 o clock and when i asked for got water for bath then hotel staff told my hot water will came after 6o clock. What a stupid answer. And i was taken bath with cold water in this winter temperature. And night time gave order for dinner at hotel and i received my food after almost 2 hours when i asked why late gave food the hotel staff told we make fresh food. It was my very bad experience for this hotel

The property is located very close to karol bagh market & karol bagh metro. Its a good substitute if you dont want book bloom hotel around it. The staff if nice, overall its worth the money.
