Location wise not ideal for families as you have to pass through a lot of massage parlours on the street. Rooms too small and amenities in the room very minimal. For such credential the price too high. The previous swati far more better than this one. The only bright point was the food.

Wash rooms need to be more clean, breakfast have limited option, overall can work upon cleanliness as rest things taken care well by the hotel staff

Location of hotel is in prime area of karol bagh. Food is very nice, little bit costly in thali system. Overall stay is very good.
