Hotel Chanchal Continental

Location good bed also good room and furniture inside cleaning to improve need geyser to save time and water gets hot water for bath through central boiler only so have to waste precious water 5 bucket minimum everytime hot water not available in evening

Our experience was not good. We're allotted the room no. 804. In the bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working, toilet flush wasn't working properly, bathroom door could not be closed. Complain to reception person was in vain.

Review for hotel chanchal continental i recently stayed at hotel chanchal continental, and unfortunately, my experience was terrible. Here are the issues i encountered during my stay: room lock issues: the room lock was not working properly, making me feel unsafe throughout my stay. Dirty linens: the bed sheet and pillow provided were used and not clean, which was extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable. Bad smell and insects: there was a persistent bad smell in the room, and i found insects, which made the stay even more unpleasant. Non-functional shower: the shower was not working, which was highly inconvenient. Intercom issues: the intercom in the room was not functional. I was given a mobile number to contact if i wanted to order food, but this number was not available for any other assistance. Poor ventilation: there was no ventilation in the room, making it stuffy and uncomfortable. Overall, my stay at hotel chanchal continental was far from satisfactory. I suggest this hotel is not suitable for a businessman or family. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements. I hope this helps!

Pros. Near Railway station clean rooms staff behaviour was good Lift Cons. Rooms are small No ventilation or windows in Rooms

Hotel room is good and confortable but hoaue keeping needs to be done on a daily basis which was done only once n 2 days. Garbage bags needs to be changed everyday can be more professional to increase business

We have stayed at chanchal many times, it is like a second home in delhi. I am sorry to say that we saw a decline in quality of accomodation, decor, room layout, need to improve the toilets and bathrooms. Very disappointing. The reception staff are excellent, helpful and courteous.
