Mice in the room and dirt everywhere. My room had not been cleaned after the last few users, nor had the sheets been changed. They are doing work to put an elevator.

Very small rooms. Inside a narrow lane. Staff courteousness poor. No warm water. No hand railings provided at entrance stairs. No windows. Dingy room. Bathroom size very small. Unfit for families with children. Location is near to New Delhi station (Paharganj side)
