Hotel Five Elements North Avenue in Delhi exceeded all expectations. The ambience was lovely, family-friendly, and welcoming. The management and staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Spacious, luxurious rooms with all the necessary amenities, top-notch service, and delicious food with plenty of options made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional stay!

Wonderful experience. First of all I would like to thanks to front desk manager Mr. Bittu singh who guided us very well. Hotel is really good .food quality is also good.hotel rooms was neat and clean. All the staff were extremely helpful and accommodated for all our needs.over all good experience for hospitality .

Good location. Staff is cooperative. Clean rooms. Food is good. Room lights are not proper, difficulty for reading as there is no bright light provision. Tv channels are not working. Hair dryer not working.

I had a fantastic experience during my visit and a huge part of that was thanks to sandhya at the front desk. She was incredibly warm , welcoming ,and professional. Sandhya went above and beyond to ensure my check in process was smooth, and she took the time to answer all my questions with patience and smile . Her attention to detail and willingness to help made me fell valued as a guest. It’s rare to find such exceptional service, and I truly appreciate her efforts. Highly recommend this place and the amazing service sandhya provides!

Location is very good. Quality and taste of food is very good. All staffs are very polite and ready to give promt service. Bath room amenities are not so good. Basin taps are loose and door of bath room is short and visible from the room which is uncomfortable for ladies.

Only the location is good. The property is not well maintained. Room had smoking smell and we had to get the bedsheet changed. Not worth the price they are asking.
