Very very bad experience with o delhi hotel team. After call comformation we reach late night 1:30pm. But they denied for room availability. And also denied for payment return. After 1hour conversation they gives us a room in an other hotel at 3:00am that was very cheaper n dirty room n washroom

service-ok not satisfactory up to the mark compare to other same budget hotels. Hotle is too old now needs renuations/ main door locks not working fine/water leakages in wash room/daily routine cleanliness not happening properly!

The stay was average. There were no supplies in the room, i had to remind and ask for everything. The bed was not comfortable.

Room cleaning was not done during entire 2 days of stay. Ac remote was not available, had to go to near it to switch it on or off. A lizard was roaming on the ground with us.
