Wow, I really want to stay here again. The atmosphere is calm, comfortable, clean and the room makes you relax. The bathroom is fully equipped, the bath towels are big, white, clean and fragrant. The AC is cold. For smokers, you can stay on the balcony. The swimming pool is clean, there are tennis and basketball courts too. My husband and I feel comfortable staying here. Compared to other hotels (same price) I don't necessarily get the same comfort as Le Premier. Unfortunately there is no breakfast so we have to find food outside.

The refrigerator and water dispenser are very noisy and need to be unplugged before sleeping. Since 2024, daily guests are not allowed to enter OFURO/ONSEN/HOTSPRING, even though it is written as a facility, you know.. it's our right, you know..
but we are not allowed to use it..

why do we like ofuro??
because we often use it when we are in Japan..
We already understand how to use it, etc.
The funny thing is, our friend who stayed here 2 weeks ago was also allowed to enter ofuro and it's still in 2024..

If long-stay guests really don't like daily guests, and the condotel can't provide adequate service, it would be better if Le Premiere was CLOSED for daily (condotel) and all long-stays were full..

Super quiet ambiance and clean environment! Me and my husband have been staying since March 2023 and we found the hotel is nice, clean, and quiet. Also the staffs are mainly friendly, Mas Mufti at the front desk and mba Tinu in room service are very helpful, super nice and communicative. They always appear in positive smile. The other guy without glasses at front desk and a lady are also very helpful and informative. So far we are glad staying here.
