This was our first visit to this particular Hampton, which is just off the Indiana Tollway. We were greeted upon arrival, and the clerk gave us helpful information about the area and our stay. We found our 2nd floor room to be spacious, clean, and comfortable. The shower pressure was pretty disappointing, however. The public areas (hallways, elevator, etc.) could have used some cleaning (things we noticed upon our arrival were still there in the morning). The breakfast was good, but some of the "hot" items could have been warmer. Overall, we had a good stay and would stay again when in the area.

Staff was great at check in. We did not use the pool. Lobby was nice. Rooms clean. Breakfast was just okay. The oatmeal was always undercooked and juice/water machine had a funny taste. We stayed on second floor and had someone above us make quite a bit of noise at 2a, the bathtub is not installed well and the floor pops loudly while taking a shower, and then pillows were not comfortable. Even with a few minor dislikes would stay again.

Room was dirty, toilet was disgusting and looked like it never had been clean, hair in the shower, the website said they had a hot tub but the front desk said it was an error and they didn’t have one. I stayed 2 nights and the pool was closed for both nights, breakfast had stale pasties and soggy potatoes, door handle had crusty substance on it, headboard had white substance smeared on it. You can hear everything from the surrounding rooms and the traffic from the highway, it’s like the windows are open. The amount I paid was absolutely not the quality I got. I felt like I was staying a terrible motel.
