А great stay in hotel Heritage!The room was wonderful with a nice modern interior. I really liked the french cosmetics L' óccitane that I had available in the bathroom - bodylotion, shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner.The breakfast was fantastic.I can recomend this hotel and because of his great location in the old town of Ljubljana.

Everything about the hotel is good. It’s more than RMB 800 if you book in advance online. When the cancellation date comes, the price is directly cheaper by RMB 200. This is very unreasonable. You can’t cancel and you can only accept the reality. Why is it during the cancellation period? It's not cheap to wait until the cancellation time has passed. It's too cunning. I suggest you not book in advance in the future.

The hotel has a good location, professional decoration and facilities, good breakfast, and warm service. I stayed for two days and it was very comfortable. Although this hotel is not big, it is obviously an old brand with a solid foundation!

Amazing location right in the middle of the city center. Beautiful designed rooms with view on the Castle. Delicious breakfast full of homemade dishes. Attention to details and very helpful and professional staff. We will definitely recommend this gem to all our friends. 5 stars on all fronts!

Que dire de l'héritage, emplacement en plein centre historique, proche des restaurants et monuments à visiter. Chambres 17 très confortables, tv connecté et très bonne literies, la salle de bain nécessiterait d'une etagere pour les produits. Petit déjeuner bon mais manque de viennoiseries pour nous Français .personnel agréable

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Heritage. Our room was a good size and the shower room was lovely. We loved the L’Occitane toiletries. The prices in the mini bar were reasonable, which made a nice change. The hotel is centrally located but, despite this, it was very quiet in our room. The breakfast offering was good. All the staff we encountered were both friendly and efficient. If we ever return to Ljubljana, we would have no hesitation in staying at Hotel Heritage.

Hotel Heritage seems like a real find. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It's ideally located in the old town, yet there wasn't any noise from the bars. It's a lovely old building, recently and tastefully renovated. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was very comfortable. We'd love to go back!

Stay away! My primary issue was the awful service. Despite 3 calls for help with luggage to hotel, nobody came. They kept saying bellhop was on the way. Not!! Cleaning each day was bad. Water and coffee was not replenished. Used spoons were just wiped and left to be reused We were put in the attic. Top floor top room 20, which was incredibly hot. AC was weak and would not cool the room Location is awesome. We shifted next door to ZLata Lladjika. That was awesome. Yes, more expensive, but a much better service experience

Das Hotel liegt wunderbar in der Altstadt. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön - Moderne Einrichtung und historische Bausubstanz. Wenn man die Fenster schließt, bekommt man von dem Trubel draußen nichts mehr mit. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung- etwas mehr Auswahl/Abwechslung wäre schön gewesen.
