Upon entering the apartment, you will find yourself in the hallway. To your right are the two staircases and a kitchen. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, ceramic stove, and a kitchen table with at least four chairs, which can also be used as a laptop workspace. Please note that there is no washing machine in the apartment. However, guests can use the nearby self-service laundry or request our laundry service for an additional fee. There is a bathroom next to the kitchen that also serves as a toilet. The bathroom has two walk-in showers and two raised toilets. The shower battery allows you to choose from various water simulations, including rain, waterfall, massage, and stream. Essential amenities such as towels, bed linens, soap, and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience. The apartment features three spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a king-size bed measuring 180cm x 200cm, and one cozy single-bed bedroom with a bed measuring 90cm x 200cm. Thoughtfully placed on each side of the beds are two convenient nightstands with night lamps and wall sockets for charging electronic devices. Ample storage space is provided in each bedroom with a wardrobe for guests' belongings. To enhance comfort and ambiance, guests can customize the lighting with various options available. In the center of the apartment is the living room. There are two sofas that can be unfolded to accommodate two more people each. A flat-screen HD TV, with additional speakers and a DVD player, is situated on a living room counter. Air conditioning is also available in the living room. The apartment offers complimentary WiFi access. The apartment's heating system is an automatic heat pump that maintains a constant temperature of 55 degrees Celsius for shower water and 22 degrees Celsius for the apartment. If you require different temperatures, please let us know in advance so that we can make the necessary adjustments. To access the apartment, you must pass through a parking gate. Once it opens, you may park your car in the apartment's designated parking space, conveniently located in front of the entrance. Kindly note that pets and smoking are strictly prohibited within the apartment.
