Staybridge Suites DENVER TECH CENTER by IHG

The beds were comfortable, suite was very roomy, complete kitchen was helpful. Breakfast was quite good. Everything was a bit rundown, and the gluten free bread was good the first day and actively moldy the second, with no refills. We would certainly return if needed.

We stayed 2 nights surrounding a music concert at Fiddler’s Green amphitheater in Greenwood Village. Staybridge had the amenities we were seeking including a nice outdoor pool that was clean & partially shaded. Hotel location was convenient to I-25 and Denver Tech Center. Staff is friendly & helpful. We’ll be back!

Frustrating. Nice enough place & location but not enough staff. We had a few minor issues: but no staff to be found really made it a frustrating rather than enjoyable stay……here’s an empty front desk I finally decided to photograph

Dated, mildew-mold funky, gross throughout the hotel. The lobby had no air conditioning with a tiny portable air conditioner that did absolutely nothing. Lol. I was given a room key and sleeve that said Room #3328, once on the third floor there were the numbered stickers you get at the hardware store everywhere with 2 digit numbered rooms that matched nothing they gave me. Once in the room, again, mildew doo doo funk smell throughout. Old layers of filth and grime no housekeeper could ever touch. Popcorn ceilings. Baseboards and moldings painted over with cracked spots showing old wood underneath. Limescale on the shower head. Dark yellow stains in the bottom of the tub. A worn couch that looked like something Goodwill sat outside for free. Front desk clerk on check in was rude as humanly possible unprovoked. This is not an IHG level hotel… and Especially a Staybridge. Very much gross 70’s roach motel vibes. They’re marketing that this is a remodel situation. No Remodeling Is Taking Place Here. IHG Need To Audit This Hotel. I’m still very confused.

DTC Sad about decline in upkeep. Damaged door frame. Couch very worn.The one chair would pop up and down on its own. Very sparsely stocked kitchen, no can opener, no bottle opener, dull knives, no dishwasher soap. Needs more handicap parking. However, Was very clean Beds and linens were exceptional. Breakfast was great for most part. Don’t eat sausage patties. Links were wonderful. Staff was nice.

The hotel is a good location but clearly no one is taking care of the place. Loosendoor handles lots of chipped paint etc. Worse is the lack of communication or ownership The hot tub broke a week before my stay but they never bothered to post on the website that it was out Waffle makers both broken during stay. This day in age to post communications is so easy. The irony is they do t charge less for not providing every thing promised. They did offer for me to not check in that day but already had made arrangements so couldn't not stay.

It was okay for having watered down beer and meatballs just about every night. To be honest it really ******! the hot tub was unde renovation, They only served partial meals like French fries and queso, or meatballs w/ celery sticks. This was quite possibly the worst Staybridge stay I have ever been at. I asked tge pregnant lady "Supposedly" the Mgr why they don't serve real meals like all tge other Staybridge's do and she said She doesn't make the menu it was the hotel staff

The rooms and overall hotel had an oder, the food was just okay but I do not believe it was worth the $100 a night. The elevator was out of service often as well.
