Great hotel clean and very comfortable will stay again. Oh and free breakfast is great! Check in staff were friendly and got us in early. Really enjoyed the kitchen in the room and the super comfortable bed. Bathroom also has a steam proof window which is nifty.

Terrible experience with this hotel. Very below standard. Dark, dingy, frayed unmatched towels, very small bed, unfriendly desk staff, parking area and entrances feel unsafe. Management unresponsive to any expressed concerns. Recommend one of the nearby much more acceptable hotels.

I called on the day of my reservation to find out if they could accommodate my request for early check-in. Instead, I found out that no room like the one I booked actually physically exists at the hotel. I reached out to IHG support to find me a room that works at another of their hotels, but apparently IHG Diamond Elite isn't worth bupkis.

This was a fantastic stay. I do not typically sleep well on hotel beds but this was not the case. The room was clean, quiet and in good condition. Would stay again Down side, parking is ridiculously tight and the towels are saturated in bleach.

The hotel was comfortable. Also, the staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent and made for a good start to the day. The social hour on 3 dsys of my stay was nice and unexpected. Also unexpected was the free laundry service. The workout area was minimal but i left early each day for hiking adventures. Not a ritzy place but very friendly and reasonable. I would stay there again.

Always love this Hotel. The staff is great. Great breakfast. We stay here every time we're in Denver. My wife and i always choose this Staybridge. Very clean Hotel. We will be back in a few months. Cant wait to the pool opens in May for the summer.

Great value. Clean room. Good breakfast. Surprised by blue berries fruit every morning. The evening social on Monday, Tuesday. And Wednesday from 5:30 to 7:30 is wonderful addition to this hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

I have stayed in this hotel before and it is a good hotel. It is a typical Staybridge Suites hotel with the familiar interior, rooms, and decorations. A breakfast buffet is included, just as Wi-Fi and parking. All complimentary. So, it is all there, but at times a bit minimal. The exception are the LG washing machines and driers. These were the best I have seen in any hotel so far! A big compliment for this choice and for letting us use these without additional charge! But, the hotel is also in need of some improvements. The breakfast buffet could benefit from some more choices for example. Even something as simple as some good cheese and ham will already help. The seating capacity is also limited and several times I had to wait and return later. It would be nice to find a way to improve this. While the room has facilities to cook, I found them to be inadequate. There was one huge pan that would be more suitable in an army kitchen, plus a big saucepan and a frying pan. A more balanced set of pans would be helpful. I also missed some bowls for cereal, soup, and alike. There were only a few tiny ones. This could definitely be improved. There was also no dining table, but there was a desk and a sofa, so if you don't mind gobbling up the food that way, this will work. Regarding the desk, the desk chair was not suitable to sit at for more than a few minutes. One word of caution. Make sure to make the proper arrangements for the trash to be picked up and a light touch service. I was not aware this service had been reduced. Altogether, this is still a fine hotel. Especially given the relatively low price, I think it provides good value for the money. The location is also good. There are several restaurants nearby and the Park Meadows Mall is just a 10 minute drive away.

This hotel is very dated and in serious need of a remodel. Room was unclean throughout and the room had a serious smell. Shower had messy caulk all over the tub / shower and there was a layer of dust on everything the kitchen / living area. Staff was not helpful in trying to find a remedy. Would not recommend.
