This hotel was clean and conveniant location with spacious room, indoor heated pool, and a GREAT breakfast bar. Bed was a little firm for me. I really disliked the $12 a day parking fee in their huge lot, obviously a part of the hotel. To make matters worse, the outside vendor charged an additional $6 fee in order to pay the daily fee

The man at the front desk upon my arrival was very dishonest and far from welcoming. I asked for an early check-in. He told me it was $65 extra when it was actually $45. I asked if they did laundry services and he said not on weekends. I could tell from his body language he wasn’t being honest with me. I trusted my gut and called the front desk when someone new arrived. They confirmed that laundry services were available to guests on Saturdays. Not sure why he felt the need to lie. He also had a horrible attitude. I found it hard to enjoy my stay after that.

This Embassy Suites has long been our automatic stop when passing through Denver as a quiet, clean place at a good value No more. Upon pulling into the parking lot, we see signs pointing to a QR code you must use to pay for parking? I understand pay parking at inner city properties where space is at a premium. But this property is way out in a more sparsely developed burb and it has a huge footprint. So I inquired at the desk and they did indeed confirm parking was $15/night... in a huge and almost empty lot! There was no mention of this when I made the reservation, so it was a complete surprise. Then I checked the website for this property and it said parking was complimentary for guests. But the hotel said parking payment was strictly through a third party service and they couldn't do anything about it. Either intentionally or through incompetence, this was a deceptive business practice and casts doubt on Embassy Suites and the whole Hilton family of properties. I will be more diligent in seeking other options in the future.

It’s an older style Embassy, with that being said there are some advantages and disadvantages. Although the staff was super nice and friendly, the trash cans outside of and in the lobby were overflowing. Our room was clean. Only challenges were the toilet took many flushes to do the job and a weird vent over the shower that didn’t work. Maintenance came by and snaked the toilet, again super nice but didn’t really fix the toilet. There was also a safe in the room, although it was broken. Since this was an older style Embassy, breakfast was great. There is plenty of space to eat and not be all scrunched up. Parking was plentiful and free, absent surprise charges.

I attended a conference and our hotel stay was at the Embassy Suites - Denver tech center. The accommodations were nice and the staff members were very friendly. I love the setup for the free breakfast because it went beyond the standard self-serve continental breakfast. The staff provided made-to-order omelets and waffles. A special “high-five” goes to Sam for her kind and patient service to us. Even when the lines got long due to last-minute guests coming down close to the end of breakfast serving time, she still served with a smile and was very patient taking our custom orders for the omelettes. It was a nice touch to a great visit to Denver.

Carpet dirty, caulking black, cabinets beaten up, scratchy sheets, drawers filthy sofa with threadbare cushions, pillows stained- After breakfast no food until 5:00. Only small shop with soft drinks and snacks. Common lobby carpet was covered with food. Not cheap either. Big party here for a wedding- expected better

Hi there! Wow what a wonderful experience. We came from California for a mother daughter trip! We were in town for partner weekend! The hotel is very clean. Starting from the front desk, cleaning staff, to the kitchen staff excellent. Sam and the team went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience for my mother and I. The food is spectacular! Sam really makes you feel like you are family! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Great hotel with very spacious rooms. We had a fantastic two night stay here on a family trip. The breakfast is top notch and evening reception was decent as well. The snacks tend to run out midway through the reception, however, everything else was perfect. The atrium area is nice but a touch smaller than other Embassy Suites. The hotel is in a good location and very clean. Staff was helpful as usual.

Angelic was an excellent server in the bar area. Went out of her way to take care of our group. Very sweet and nice. Very professional and was quick with her service. The Embassy is very lucky to have her as a team member. Our trip was made much better by having met her.
