Lovely home in nice neighborhood met our needs perfectly. I appreciated that this home was very clean and beautifully decorated. Backyard was a hit - so many seating options to relax with a book. The couch was so comfortable to watch movies on the big screen TV. I also appreciated the firm bed mattress; it felt new. Big thumbs up on this property. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Property/Clean/Spacious
My husband and I stayed here for a week visiting friends and family in the Denver Area. The property was very comfortable, spacious, updated and clean. Plenty of room. The amenities were excellent! Great communication with the owner. I would stay here again! Thank you David!

Beautiful Neighborhood and Area
Wonderful basement stay for our family Colorado vacation! Owners of the property live above and as a DIY guru they did an excellent job with this property. The neighborhood and area that this property is located was very impressive and clean. It was like we were living in a twilight zone and we didn't come across any dirty, poor, or run down areas during our visit. Felt very safe and made my wife ask why do we still live in Texas? It had everything we needed and was centrally located for all our activities. It had a countertop induction stove, which my wife did have issues boiling water and using it. It would be nice to include some instructions. Property included a fridge, which we filled with a trip to the nearby Super Target, another twilight zone situation, so clean and we had everything to ourselves in the store. Area is very nice and was kinda freakin us out as the people in the area take pride in their communities! Two comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom, a washer and dryer. The outside sitting area was relaxing and included a grill, which we used for hot dogs. The property does bump up against a road, but it wasn't too distracting.
Activity locations with a reasonable distance from property (Colorado miles are longer than Texas miles): Manitou, Denver, Estes Park (1.5hr)
Owner was very responsive and cares. 5*
Only issue with the property was since it was a basement we heard folks walking above and the flushing of the toilet multiple times during the night.
