Great location - in a quieter part of Sarajevo but still very walkable to the center and the museum cluster to the west. The room was spacious and the breakfast was really nice, but it was the staff that were the best part. They were so friendly and helpful - with taxis, restaurants, advice, etc. I would stay here again especially for the staff!

Ottimo. Eccellente. Non so cosa si possa desiderare di più da un hotel. Posizione favorevole per visitare il centro. Colazione fantastica, dal salato al dolce. Pulizia ottima. Camera super spaziosa. Pedonale gentile. Tutto davvero ottimo. Lo consiglio per visitare la città.

Ottima posizione, centrale, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla zona pedonale. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Ambiente moderno e molto pulito. Sicuramente ritorneremo. Parcheggio coperto gratuito. Rapporto qualità/prezzo al di sopra della norma.

I have been there with a group of travelelers and we enjoyed our 2 nights there very much. Large shinning rooms. Good food and lovely service. The manager/owner - Ayla is very nice and very hospitable. Hana the receptionist and everything else which is needed was lovely. We shall come back for sure.

First of all, the location is excellent. Everywhere is on a walking distance. The rooms were perfectly clean and the staff was really professional and caring. I really appreciate all the assistance during my stay and during the reservation process.

Lovely hotel, fantastic service, very friendly staff. Everything is as in the description of the hotel, both the rooms and the parking lot. WiFi excellent. A varied breakfast. Flawless hygiene. The location is perfect, all important sights in the city can be visited on foot. All recommendations, we will be back for sure!

Brilliant hotel, excellent staff who were willing to help with anything and greeted us beautifully every day. Great experience would love to visit again. Room sizes were very good, wifi brilliant and breakfast was solid

Excellent hotel at a near perfect location. Staff is perfect, all of them speak good English and are very helpful. Breakfast is varied enough for a good start of the day. Very quiet at night (we slept on the backside). The centre is 5-10 minutes away, walking to Baščaršija took us 15 minutes at a relaxed pace. Free parking is available, but pretty cramped and hard to get in (or out) because of the car parked in the small alleys around the back entrance. All in all a great experience and we will certainly be back on our next trip to Sarajevo.
